As a fellow 59 Plate Mondeo Titanium X estate owner (with a mere 138k on the clock), I’d like to welcome Michael to his new car - well deserved. With a bit of regular (annual) maintenance they can be a reliable comfy daily driver, and my 2.0 diesel will easily turn in 50+ mpg on a 70 mph motorway run. I’ve “camped” in the back of mine a few times too (I’m 6’ 2” and can sleep comfortably with the rear seats folded down). Thanks for making a difference, a good lesson for us all.
I'm so happy things turned out for better for this guy. and I hope everything is better as well for you Alex, you have a good heart. cheers from Brazil

So cool that others are doing this too. I will never be able to pay back the help I received before I was in the pay forward position as I am now and actively paying forward. Thank you to Craig and Karen who made it possible for me to do so.
That's what it's all about. We all need to take care of each other. There are so many people in the world who are in Michael's situation. Some are even worse off dealing with mental health issues and really the start for anyone to get help is having a safe place to sleep. It's amazing how the smallest gesture can help change someone's life.
Bless you for giving Michael a safe place to sleep, the wine people for taking a chance and hiring him, the car people for donating not one but two vehicles to help others in need, and Michael himself for surviving his hardships but still positive enough to continue the fight to improve himself.
I wanted to say THANK YOU for helping the people that you do. I’m sure your life will prosper and you will reap the rewards you sow into those that you touch. People like you make a difference in the world.
Love how a lil push and help can completely turn a person's life around. Hate how homelessness is demonized so much in the US, constantly getting fined and jailed for just trying to survive.
A couple of bang up proper small businesses there, what they have done by helping someone out will pay them back in spades. Smart owners and probably both good places to work. Best of luck Michael and well done Alex too for putting it together.
This would be an incredible series, having Destiny take unfortunate people off the streets one at a time and helping them get their life back on track, if there's one trend that should catch on, it's definitely helping each other, great work guys!
I dont reckon taking destiny and doing a full mini camper van build would make much sense. But on his off time i reckon it would be great to have Michael as an advisor towards small mods to make destiny a little more comfortable for the next person who needs a secure space. Michael did stay in it so he'd have the most valid advice.
Fantastic to hear Michael is doing so well. Once again, a massive thanks to Alex, all the lads at cars under 3000, and to Pete for giving Michael a decent job, everyone involved should be so proud of what they’ve done
A small thing for a company and an Alex can make a huge difference for someone, and really most people should (and do) this at a smaller scale, which does restore some faith in humanity.
His hands twitching tell all his geniune emotions, and im having tears of joy for the guy, this channel is just wholesome, spread positivity, well done alex and to all people involved
stories like this just shows us that you should appreciate what you have. You don't need a new car every bloody year. You don't need bigger TV than your friend or new iPhone etc etc. Peace ✌️
A very, very well done to everybody involved. Such a nice story. And everyone benefits. Michael got a car, some stability and a job. The place he works at gets a decent hard working employee. Cars under 3000 get some nice press and Auto Alex gets a video out of it and good press as wel. It's a win all round. Very nice everyone.
I was thinking about Michael and what you did for him just a couple of days ago, and was so happy to see this follow-up. Very glad to see Michael thriving. Good on you Alex, and the lads at the car lot.
Mondeos are genuinely good cars, they always get called boring, but that's not what they were made for. As my grandad says, they are made for getting from A to B. My grandad had a 2003 2.0 petrol estate, which my dad then bought, and my grandad replaced with a 2007 2.0 petrol estate. My dad then replaced that with a 2.0 diesel saloon/hatchback. My mum then got a 2009 1.8 diesel estate that sounds like a tractor. My dad then got a big upgrade for his retirement with a 2017 saloon. After all those mondeos only 2 problems occurred, water in the fuel made my mums breakdown and a short circuit on my grandads 2nd mondeo made the horn non stop beep at 3am. Other than that, never missed a beat!
I have just come across your channel and boy it got me in tears. Sometimes you do get genuine people that want to make a difference in some ones life that has been going through bad times. This channel is very inspiring and I am now your biggest fan in Cape Town South Africa. This is more than a car channel but a real community that brings people together in small but effective ways. All I can say is keep on doing what you doing this channel is going to be great and even better in future. Regards Davan Johnson
Loving your channel all the way from South Africa. A campervan will only be used every odd weekend (if even that frequently), whereas homelessness negatively impacts a person's quality of life and sense of safety every single day. It would be great to find another person who needs a helping hand to get off the streets.
This is such a better love story than the notebook. Good on you Alex and good on him for keeping it together and making the absolute most of the gifts hes been given. What a legend, the whole lot of you.

So happy for Michael, he seems such a genuine guy very humble and down to earth, its people like him that deserve a break, well done Alex and well down to carsunder3000, such a thoughtful thing to do
I have to stop watching these videos while cutting onions... So happy that Michael has managed to get back on his feet, for the tremendous help from CarsUnder3000, and Pete (Michaels boss)! It's good to know that, just by being nice, you can make the difference!
I said this on the original video and I'll say it again here: this is absolute peak car enthusiast. Cars are a way of bringing people together and they are tools we can use to influence the world and people around us. We're so lucky to have a hobby and a passion that can make such a powerful difference in peoples lives by bringing us together as a community and enabling us to make a difference.
It's such a simple gesture, and really not great loss financially to the company but thats not what matters, it's the gesture, the thoughtfulness, the humanity. Well done to all involved.

Turn Destiny into a wicked stealth camper im doing one myself right now and am loving it!!!! I live right near Rayleigh and will pop in and see the lads soon!!!
such a nice gesture, you've helped him beyond measure, just wow - both such down to earth guys - amazing stuff!!
Alex from the USA I have to say videos like these are great to watch and I can't wait to see the van go to someone in need, Oh and you changed that man's life forever we need more people like you and car's under 3000 keep up the good work. Bless you guys
So cool that others are doing this too. I will never be able to pay back the help I received before I was in the pay forward position as I am now and actively paying forward. Thank you to Craig and Karen who made it possible for me to do so.
Awesome stuff. Love the fact you make things happen, Alex. You're a first class human being. Really inspiring
That's what it's all about. We all need to take care of each other. There are so many people in the world who are in Michael's situation. Some are even worse off dealing with mental health issues and really the start for anyone to get help is having a safe place to sleep. It's amazing how the smallest gesture can help change someone's life.
Loving the channel Alex. So pleased he's on his feet again. None of this would of happened without you and your team.
This guy look like he gives the best hugs in the world. Hope this is just the start or a long prosperous life for you.
This is beautiful. This is the world it should be. Thank you Alex, you've changed this man's life massively. 👍👍
@@bigduphusaj162 if you're into that then that's fine 🙂
Fucking love it. All of it. Superb. Well played Alex and co. Humanity is saved by people like you guys
Really happy to see that guy doing well. Congrats to job and flat! A little bit of kindness takes you a long way! Keep up the good work
Bless you for giving Michael a safe place to sleep, the wine people for taking a chance and hiring him, the car people for donating not one but two vehicles to help others in need, and Michael himself for surviving his hardships but still positive enough to continue the fight to improve himself.
Thank you for your support I had reached a point where I felt so alone but now I have people like yourself rooting for me. X
I wanted to say THANK YOU for helping the people that you do. I’m sure your life will prosper and you will reap the rewards you sow into those that you touch. People like you make a difference in the world.
Love how a lil push and help can completely turn a person's life around. Hate how homelessness is demonized so much in the US, constantly getting fined and jailed for just trying to survive.
been 2 months jeez love these kind of videos keep it man love ur channel think u need to get ethan and jack on sometime
As a 27 year old lad living in an old corsa, can I swap my corsa for the van?😂
You serious bro?
Hope Alex sees this! Best of luck mate.
Bump bump. Look here @autoalex
👍
Pushed that like, hope he sees it, also hope life improves regardless
Fantastic to hear Michael is doing so well. Once again, a massive thanks to Alex, all the lads at cars under 3000, and to Pete for giving Michael a decent job, everyone involved should be so proud of what they’ve done
Keep on with the good work. Be a good person ☺️
This is how I want adrevenue to be spent. Watching the pre-rolls and in-video ads in full for this one.
Alex my man your an actual living legend keep doing everything your doing in life your an amazing person mate ❤️
A small thing for a company and an Alex can make a huge difference for someone, and really most people should (and do) this at a smaller scale, which does restore some faith in humanity.
Good man Alex... Good man.
I love how you guys don't just give a guy a hand out. You gave him a hand up & followed thru. It warms my heart to see him really blossom.
notification squad!🔥🔥🔥
His hands twitching tell all his geniune emotions, and im having tears of joy for the guy, this channel is just wholesome, spread positivity, well done alex and to all people involved
Dusty in here ain't it...
stories like this just shows us that you should appreciate what you have.
The world needs more companies like that. And more people like Alex, pure heart of gold
Watching this after iv found out me and my family are going to be homeless really hits home your doing amazing things for people. RESPECT alex
Man, you have for real a gigantic huge heart!!! This film actually made me cry. More people that have the possibility to do this should!!! Thank you for beeing a TRUE feeling human!!! I enjoyed this ALOT, thank you dear Sir for sharing!
It shows a lot of the homeless (not all) just don't have the opportunity to get themselves out of a hole. I'm glad things have worked out so well so quickly for Michael.
So happy for Michael, he seems such a genuine guy very humble and down to earth, its people like him that deserve a break, well done Alex and well down to carsunder3000, such a thoughtful thing to do
Car enthousiast helping with a non car related issue with cars. I love it and I love the good heart
4.41 in Alex I'll be honest I thought were having a stroke 😮 other than that what an absolute diamond geezer you, Michael, his boss Pete and cars under 3000 are, all of you are just priceless, LOVING the channel, proper job and Old out ya and ♥️
So pleased to see Michael is back on his feet, the guys at cars under 3000 have been amazing donating Destiny and big John.
You guys are awesome. Proof that some people just need a hand up in life, not a handout.
Alex, you are a SUPER Star. This concept,of helping someone down on their luck,is extremely praiseworthy. I wish there were more like minded people .🇬🇧
That fact your channel is more than cars makes it stand out above the others… well done on separating your self from the others and CT
Keep giving and keep making the quality of videos you are doing
