That kitchen is not designed by or for anyone who cooks. Pushed into in darkest corner of the house with no natural light. I agree with Patrick that the setup is stupid.

Nicht so gut wie das letzte Traumhaus aber trotzdem ein cooles Haus. Dominik hat Recht, die Küche ist nicht gut aufgeteilt. Die Insel zu dicht vor der Schrankwand und Einbaugeräte gehören in Bedienhöhe und nicht auf den Fußboden wie der Ofen 🙈

Geiles Video - WIE IMMER !!!!!! nur leider enttäuschend ein Haus für knapp 16. Mio.€ mit einer Küche die nicht mal annähernd dem enstspricht was für so ein teueres Haus als Mindeststandart zu gelten hat - aber mal typisch für die meisten Designer - wer nicht selbst wenigstens einmal am Herd gestanden hat um zu Kochen, hat eben null ahnung davon wie eine Küche auzusehen hat , scheint ja schon ein erfolg zu sein, das der Ofen nicht im Boden eingelassen wurde weil man offensichtlich darauf "vergessen " hat - ich möchte nochmals an die Küche im Milenium Haus in Marbella erinnern - sowas wäre hier angebracht !! - ergo dein Bruder hat völlig recht - diese Küche würde ich nicht mal in einem 500k euro haus akzeptieren. Aber eure Videos sind der Hammer und bitte macht weiter so - ihr könnt nix für Einrichtungsfehler - nach wie vor ein Fan von eueren Meisterwerken

I agree with Patrick the oven is to far to low and in my thoughts I would be remodeling that kitchen and for me that means work lol I am already tired just thinking bout it lmao.

Beautiful home. Great video. That oven is positioned way too low. An extremely small footprint as far as the entire property goes. And, the asking price is very high in regards to the value. What I would really love to also know is what restaurant did you end up going to?
We ended up eating a pizza 😂 but it was reviewed as the best pizzaria in Palma, and it didn't disappoint 😄🙏

I love your videos! Your presentation is as always great and very entertaining. The house itself is a fail for me. I want to buy a villa in Mallorca to enjoy the outside and nature. This plot consists of just concrete. The garden is a joke. I want to spend time with family. The kitchen is separated from the living room and main outside seating area. The kitchen is a huge space but the kitchen itself not well planned. At a price tag of 16M I want to have it all: Built-in CoffeeMachine, Steamer, Oven in sight hight, two dishwashers... I also want a pantry kitchen next to it. There is no flow in this house. The Master on the lower level is weird. The built-in wardrobes seem high quality but the wall finishes are boring. The gym is tiny for such a villa. Where is the steam room and sauna? Unfortunately not worth the money. I hope for your next video!

Yeah it needs more garden and greenery on the backside, this is a little too minimalistic
That oven is indeed too low, but also, it's in a weird location. It should to be built into one of the walls on the same side as the sink. Or, it could have been designed into either one of the walls adjacent the sink/stove area.

Yes prices are higher there, but the island also enjoys a lot of great infrastructure

first of all: the presentation, editing, all you guys did was awesome as always. now to the house: there are some very questionable design decisions here. first of all, the master just off of the kitchen, not a big fan of that. also that 4th room on the second level, it's a bit odd. two bathrooms and that weird living room. just don't see the point. love the indoor swimming pool, but don't have much love for the garden(s). I also don't see much soul in this house as a general feeling. all in all, if I had a cool 16 mill, I think I'd spend them elsewhere. also, I am pretty sure that someone who DOES have a cool 16 mill to spend is probably thinking otherwise :D

Kitchen leaves a lot to be desired oven in wron place for one
For the money, this one didn't blow me away. No wow! Factor. The bedrooms were boring in shape and design and the bathrooms all the same. Lazy design in my opinion. That low level oven, I agree with you Patric, what were they thinking?

It is pretty great looking house but overpriced for what it is and lacking character, IMO. Nevertheless great presentation by Maro brothers.

I have to agree with Patrick, the colour of the kitchen and stone is lovely but a terrible design. Don’t like the bedroom straight next to kitchen and spa, they should have corridors. And not a family friendly home with the swimming pool like that, it should be on the ground level with outside space for bbq etc. really over priced for 16 million

Firstly another good video and a nice interesting property. But I think you missed an opportunity to show the vehicle lift moving the car from one level to another even in a time lapse mode. The landscaping architect should be fired ! The worst landscaping I’ve seen on all your videos to date. And I will say it again. Too much construction around the property to enjoy, relax and soak up all the views.
Yeh that was a massive pity, but it wasn't ready yet and they were working in it as we filmed :(

First of all, I mostly like your content, you guys make a good job.
Now that house puh… I don’t like it. The finishing does not look high quality, specially the kitchen and the other built-ins like the closets and bathroom furniture. It‘s definitely not worth that money, I even wouldn‘t pay €5 million. The plot consists of the driveway, parking lot, the house and the unusable terrain below the building.
At least the view is nice.
