Thank you for this video Jodie, I adore Skegness. The pier I have heard will undergo a refurbishment with the Embassy centre after winning several million pounds of money. I understand they want to extend the pier to its original length…..I hope this will happen. However having tried to contact the Mellors group through official channels I can’t get any new information on this project. I have read the project boards on the pier……I just hope they can do this project. Thank you.
Hi, thank you for watching. I too love to visit Skegness. Yes they want to extend the pier and I think once it's done will be great for Skegness, it's a space that if utilised correctly could be great! 😊

Disappointed Jodie - I didn't get to compete in the 'Spot the shorts' challenge. Seriously though this is great. Seems like a lot of piers now are run down and being closed etc so to hear of one being made bigger and hopefuly better is awesome :).

Yeah I think it's great that they are looking to spend on the pier. It's what a few piers need around the UK. But unfortunately it's costs to do it which is probably why so many are left.
This would be interesting to see if the changes take place. I agree will improve the pier alot .😊
