In my remanded tenured teacher hearing before the local board of Howard County MD, the counsel for the school system and the Hearing Examiner tried to get me to testify numerous times for heresay that I was terminated for previously, hence the State Board remanded case. I chose not to testify. The hearsay was thrown out. However, my appeal to the SB has been Stayed by them as my lawsuit in federal court for an ADA violation against said school system is still ongoing. Been 3 1/2 years since the illegal termination, and 2 1/2 years since my claim in federal court. Almost 4 months waiting on the judges response to defenses Motion for Summary Judgement. Defense not willing to negotiate in Good Faith. Still Pro Se-ing it. Thanks again for imparting your wisdom, Lucinda.
Love your channel! I am currently awaiting the rebuttal letter from the company after filing my eeoc charge, I was told today by the eeoc person that they would ask if the company would like to mediate before making their judgement. Can You make a video and list the things i should prepare for if i decide to represent myself in that mediation? Also is it recommended to represent myself? Its a disability discrimination case, i was literally told i wouldn't be hired for a call center job because of their "Concerns" about my bathroom use and opening doors and desk are issue. BTW hopefully it helps but i did record them saying it, anyway Hopefully you find the time if not Love the videos anyway lol!
Yes I do know about that luckily I'm in a one party state so I'm okay on that front, thankfully that's one more issue I don't have to worry about lol now for the 300 other things.
@@Jimmy-h6t it was in person. The company is pretty screwed in my opinion, I have the HR hiring person telling me they weren't going to hire me Because I'm in a wheelchair and that it concerned them! But because I'm not an attorney i did want to be on the safe side so I went ahead and hired an attorney. I went with the biggest Plantiff law firm in the country just to be on the safe side.
Thank you - I love how you inform us all
I love it too. She is a blessing from above
It's my pleasure.

Under the circumstances, because you have questions, it would be good if you could hire or consult with an attorney regarding your concerns. Best.
Be careful when recording...was this recording of telephone conversation?...law is very different then
