Love your channel! I am currently awaiting the rebuttal letter from the company after filing my eeoc charge, I was told today by the eeoc person that they would ask if the company would like to mediate before making their judgement. Can You make a video and list the things i should prepare for if i decide to represent myself in that mediation? Also is it recommended to represent myself? Its a disability discrimination case, i was literally told i wouldn't be hired for a call center job because of their "Concerns" about my bathroom use and opening doors and desk are issue. BTW hopefully it helps but i did record them saying it, anyway Hopefully you find the time if not Love the videos anyway lol!
