MY THOUGHTS:
I don't have many words for this board, other than I need to get myself one. There are quirks with this early proto for sure, but my god was this an amazing build with a truly awesome aesthetic as it blends different materials and layers and even better sound profile. I ended up doing a separate stream with the plateless version and WOW i was blown away a second time.
I need to get myself one these for sure.
I want to note, I want to see where this project goes. As of right now It's still in IC and still being worked on. I can tell a lot of love has gone into this so far and I really like this board. Keeping my eye on this one!

I’m not the biggest fan of 60% boards, but this one is very interesting and more usable with the macro columns on the left side. And love the Clackbits…own a couple hundred of them myself. 💪
After falling in love with my Geon W1-AT for many reasons, but notably for the utility of the XT columns for RTS gaming, this board absolutely has my attention. I hate WKL 60s, but I guess throw an XT column and I no longer hate it. Looks and sounds great. Super interesting all around.
I adore macro columns as well, so much potential for this guy!

Idk what switches to get for tactiles. Scratchy linears bugggs me.
I don't mind lubing them and filming them myself if it reduces the scratchy-ness

haha, saw that comment kept coming up. It’s a very odd comparison, very different boards (assuming they’re referencing the wilbatech salvation), 60 vs 65, leaf spring vs the lattice mount, Envoy’s cheaper, I’d take an Envoy no doubt
@@ImOnMy116 Yeah it's a weird comparo for sure, the boards are in different leagues, entirely. Not to suggest one is better or worse per say, they just both offer very different things.
That said, I'm excited for my Envoy!
@@TheManicGeek Absolutely, the Envoy looks fantastic!! I have a Mode Sonnet, and love it!! If I could justify another 65 in my collection, I’d hop on the Envoy without hesitation.
@@ImOnMy116 I'm dropping a 65% to make room for Envoy... at least for now. KBD67 Lite R3 treated me well, but I think I may see about getting a stacked acrylic case and copper plate made for it to give it some new life later on.
I have a salvation and tbh it's been super disappointing. Not much bounce or flex at all and sounds super thin.
I love the red board at the start, what kind is that. Also love the new one and its side profile!

21:44 Nothing needs RGB. It‘s for kids. Adults need a proper WHITE backlight.
