Great recorded hunting adventures with family and friends , it`s some of the best memories . I have what memories I have stored back in my head somewhere , they make an appearance now and then , it`s great . I would love to go hunting ducks , geese with The Phil Robertson & Si Family .
One of my most memorable rainouts was a single shot at a canvasback, one shot, 5 dead cans... limit was one, OOPS. They balled up at the wrong time. I try to avoid that but this instance was unavoidable.
I had a rainout on a solo hunt a couple years ago, when i shot my limit of 7 mallards with ONLY 2 shots, and it was a flock of 7 mallards hunting an open creek in the woods
If you want a low recoil shotgun you might want to go with Browning or Beretta with a gas system. Gas operation redistributes gas from a fired shell to cycle the bolt carrier group so less pressure is actually leaving the barrel and therefore less recoil
@@jessehotvedt9768 sorry sir but the inertia system while being awesome isn't the one that cuts recoil it's the gas system that through harnessing the exhaust (the gas) and dissipating it cuts on recoil.
@@jessehotvedt9768 Well you absolutely were .... secondly I don't know who hell Newtan is and thirdly if by some chance you were referring to "Newton" I don't think you understand the principal of it at all. Saying recoil is absorbed magically is not going to cut it .... if for a single moment you think inertia absorbs recoil as much as a gas driven gun that uses the dissipation of gas, and thus through the redirection of the force created by the propelled load it redirects the resulting push (ie recoil) into your shoulder. Recoil is best explained by Newtons 2nd law (F=ma), you have NO clue as to how recoil results .... please don't give advise just because you decided to buy an inertia driven gun based on your lack of education. I am in no way knocking either system, I own both and they both have a fantastic use in hunting applications. I (wrote) spoke up as you were giving terrible advise to some poor soul and god forbid some poor beginner hunter.

@@jessehotvedt9768 my gas gun has only had one legitimate jam ever and I hunt 3-6 days out of the week and lightly clean once a season. I've seen my friend's inertia gun jam once a hunt or more. I know a guy that takes apart his bennelli and cleans it after every hunt. I know another guy with a stoeger and the BCG essentially shattered and was completely destroyed. I've seen more malfunctions from stoeger, Dickinson, bennelli than I have from Winchester or Browning. Also considering both of them are owned by FN I guess there's a pretty good reason why they chose gas.
Duck dynasty NEEDS to get back into the tv shows. They were my favorite of all time!
I agree this was when things were a lot better in the world.
Si was a little cranky in this one😂😂
Nah! He was standing up for himself. That’s not cranky. That’s just pissed off. Lol

What guns are being used in that first "rain out"? I can't see any recoil from Jase's and not much more from the others. nice!

Not many outfits can shoot like the duckmen
Certainly not mine... went out with 10 shooters this morning and we killed 51 birds but probably burned 350 rounds of ammo
