I have to give credit where credit is due on this Christmas day. I really enjoy your vid's and the knowledge and honest opinion that Raymond from Texas Archery shares. As a matter of fact, everyone at that shop is pleasant. I'm a Mathews shooter but now you got me looking further at these Hoyt's.
Great review and video Hoyt knocked it out of the park this year with the RX7 ultra, just ordered mine today in Buckskin Finally coming back to Hoyt after years of shooting bowtech Hopefully comes in soon so I can get it dialed in before the season
Thanks for putting this review together. I have one in layaway for a week now and will have it paid off in August if not sooner in the same color. Until then I'll shoot my RX3 (which I'm keeping as a backup bow) and watch this video just about daily until I get it in my hands. Good Work!
Just ordered one it's the Elevated 2 I really like that camo it blends well in almost ever scenario cant wait got the 70Lb I am in great shape and believe I could do 80 lb but at 50 trying to get longevity out of my body after many years of powerlifting and mma and now working LE need longevity
Thanks for the review I’m getting 80# ultra this year! My 30” ventum weighs 8.3lbs with accessories, I don’t mind heavy bows it’s more stable on target
Not sure if it was mentioned or if it’s relevant, but they usually skip a number when they change cams I believe, or when its a new riser and cam combination. Ultra is an amazing bow dead in hand easy shooter for anyone. Weight is one reason that to choose carbon but the carbon riser is alot stronger than the aluminum counter part, has a different feel, and the new riser is a solid carbon riser no aluminum pockets. When they decide to make the rx7 twin turbo it will be a force to reckon with. Ultra just lacks a little speed, wish the ibo was exact or understated instead of a bit slower.
Shot one today and I agree that it’s more stream lined and is much more dead in the hand than previous carbon models.everything they have said I whole heartedly agree. I also shot the Mathew’s V3X and that shot well also, but give the edge to the Hoyt but it was negligible.
Cool vlog. Go for it buy the new Hoyt RX7 ultra looks insane weapon in your hands. I already bought the regular RX7 because I have a 27.5 draw length and it just fits me better. Good luck on the decision 👍
Just knew that you get your hands on that bow from Hoyt I had one Hoyt carbon element it got stolen out of my Storage it makes me so sick to my stomach and my pro hunter muzzleloader and my 308 win I can’t see straight that was 3 years ago
***ATA 34”***
Axle to axle ATA 34 inches which means that’s the distance between the two cams
@@ryanhickenbottom9540 yes but it says 33 in specs on this video

Great video, shot the regular RX7 today and it’s an amazing bow. Hoyt said that they skip a number when there is I significant riser change.
Thanks for the info! 👍

80lb RX7 to replace my 80lb Rx5
Crazy thing is this bow draws lighter and smoother than my 70lb V3 did
I agree 💯
I still want to see somebody weigh one out of the box vs. the ventum 33.
Thank you for making these bow videos
Thanks for watching
I just ordered my 80# Bone collectors edition RX 7ultra can’t wait

I’m looking forward to shooting the RX7 myself.

Waiting to see 30” rx7 hope u post a video soon! Thanks
You and me both lol
Is the bow still on sale from Hoyt 🤔
Great Review,Thank YOU
Thanks for watching!
Im going to buy 2 bows. 80lb
What pod is that on the limbs ?
I want one!!!
If it was under 4lbs it would be a lot easier to justify
Money no option. Rx7 vs ventum pro?
Rx7. It is a totally different premium feel and sound. In favor of the Carbon bow. By a lot!
It looks smooth and sounds quiet. I don't care for the look
Thanks for watching
it looks fucking amazing!!
@@malthus101 it's definitely grown on me
Riser comes from China, that bow will never have a soul.
Blow it out your Cooter...
We definitely need to get our manufacturing back in the US. Not saying all that's coming from China is bad. It just needs to come back home.
This is the girl.
Hi
Nicest China made bow there is.
Sooo the guy holding the bow is useless in this video. This video didn’t need him!
All these UA-cam pro shop guys have the fakest follow through on earth 🤣 cut it out fellas
