At this point, I use whatever staple my pneumatic staple gun prefers to put through my thumb which, at this point, appears to be a 1/4" crown x 5/8" length (6mm x 16mm).
Nice tutorial, except I don't have a goddamn pneumatic stapeler that powerful. Mine just doesn't go in all the way, no matter the length of the staple.

Mine shipped with a piece of plastic to protect the foam from getting wet so silicone it’s needed .
Hi Robert! I don't have any silicone spray here ... can I use something else, like regular lubrication oil? Or will that make a mess?
