I love this remix, it captures the atmosphere of the original so well. Thank you for covering some of this game's soundtrack, it's such a worthy successor to Castlevania.
You know it's a legendary cover when it's just as addicting to listen to as the original. Truly excellent.
Bloodstained: Bloodlines
I actually played this before any Castlevania game. Long story short I’m a big fan of the games now.
Wrong order to do so but if that gets you into the games so be it. Personal recommendation of mine: Circle of the Moon, the controls are a bit clunky but its my favorite GBA Castlevania, it also has the best music of the GBA games
@@LordofSadFac I'd argue Aria of Sorrow has better tracks, but I'll agree CV:CotM probably has a better overall soundtrack.
Still have yet to unlock all the modes, though.

I love this game: I love the music, I love the castle, the enemies, weapons, and abilities. I like the VA, don't mind the art style, quests are straightforward but not unwelcome.
I just hate the fact it still frequently crashes. That said, I'd still recommend people try Bloodstained, or any Metroidvania for that matter: Metroid, Castlevania, Legend of Zelda, La Mulana, Hollow Knight, Timespinner, Resident Evil... any Metroidvania will do.
This is perfect! Could fit right into Castlevania the new generation/Bloodlines.

Michiru Yamane's style is so distinct that even just swapping the track into a different soundfont makes it feel like something she might've composed during one of her earlier projects - if it was ever so slightly more up-tempo it would sound like a lost track for Castlevania: Bloodlines.

Not bad by any means, but maybe not finished? It’s a bit too…abrasive. Listening to it hurts my head a bit, but most other Genesis songs don’t do that. In terms of the actual remix and new added riffs, I like it a lot!!
