these are exceptional woman, 99% of girl graduates in kashmir are struggling to get work, indian govt should encourage more tourism related courses so women can participate in that job market like in travel agents, hospitality sector, chefs, hotel managers, trainers and home stays etc
Parents aim should be that their children get quality education and teach them values and good ethics further if they become good human biengs they wil automatically find solutions to employment problems
