The guy who sings the least( guy with glasses), was back after a break after he had lost his mom. The members didn’t want to do this without him, also didn’t want to put any pressure on him. The guys with his arms crossed in Woozi, he produces and writes about 95% of seventeen and members solos
Also The guys with glasses is WONWOO. This was filmed month after his mother passed away yet, he still stood and joined his member on this perfomenced . He got fewer lines here as he's on the toughest phase of his life. He's one of the rapper .
@@WatchingSundaysall the seventeen members sing. They even do unit reverse songs where the 3 units (vocal unit, performance unit, hiphop unit) switch their songs to perform the other unit’s song, showing off their other talents. The line distribution is very fair except with most being with the two main vocals - DK and Seungkwan. Woozi is the producer and he always distributes the lines in a way that does justice to the song, and whoever may have the smallest part in one song usually gets the best part haha. The members are like family.
Don't worry about line distribution with Seventeen!!! Despite having 13 members, they have the fairest line distribution in all of K-pop, and every member gets a part on every OT13 song. 💗💙
"why is he so angry?" because he is a tiger. I'm not going to expand too much because other carats have already explained here in the comments why wonwoo didn't sing as much and that woozi is seventeen's producer, so 98% of their discography was produced by him together with bumzu (the other two percent is from the other members, mainly vernon and scoups). but it was funny to see you two making a thousand theories and creating several assumptions and getting them all wrong. despite 13 members, seventeen has one of the fairest line distribution. and they also don't care about 'who gets the most line', but about the final result of the song and sometimes some members match certain concepts more than others so they shine more in certain songs. they care more about the final artwork they create as a group and how to best present it, than who will stand out the most in the song. seventeen has a lot of songs with crazy high notes, but it's in the vocal unit songs that they have more space to demonstrate this. since you are exo fans, I must say that when chen was asked about the best vocals in kpop, he ranked seungkwan (the blonde you compared to baekhyun) first as the best voice in kpop. I think because they show their vocal skills more in the unit songs and not so much in the titles, people tend to forget to include seventeen in lists of the best kpop vocals. but anyone who knows knows that seungkwan, dk (the one you compared to chen), and woozi (the one you said has a female range - he doesn't have the title of main vocal because that's booseok's job, but everyone knows what he is capable of), they are on the same level of btob-exo vocals.
@@jordanwillows6487i think they were referring to Scoups when they mentioned Pablo. Since the very 1st time I heard SB19, I immediately thought of Scoups when I heard Pablo too… (Not comparing, they are both amazing) They just both love to growl and is breaking every strings in my sanity ❤
YES! EXO 🤝 BTOB 🤝 SVT ARE VOCAL MONSTERS! THEY SING LIVE, THEY ATE CDS AND MICROPHONES (NOT LITERALLY THO) BUT YEAH, THESE THREE BG HAS THE BEST VOCALS
Yes. Not trying to compare but their dance prectices are the best I have ever seen. And its not just that they are great dancers but vocals are also amazing. The songs are just too good, reallly, the amount of talent in seventeen is out of this world. So, yes, you shold definitely get to all that if you have the time.
Wonwoo doesn't have a line much that time because he just came back and is still mourning since his mother just recently passed away that time so they only gave him little line and it's intentional guys but in actual and full song he has plenty of lines. Hope this help ☺️❤️
They are variety show kings, synchronisation kings, choreography kings, self producing kings, vocals kings. You can test them from any angles and they slay. You can check out soo many contents of them.
My recommendations: 1. All my love (Accoustic ver.) 2. To you (live performance -comeback) 3. Run To you (live performance) 4. Kidult (live performance) 5. Habit (seventeen vocal unit- live performance) 6. Same dream, same mind, same night ( vocal unit- live performance) 7. Rock with you (band session) 8. Don't listen in secret (live performance)
Thanks for reacting to Seventeen. This is just the tip of the iceberg. They actually have the fairest line distribution (in my personal opinion) in all of kpop despite them having 13 members. Woozi (“arms crossed” guy) wrote and produced most, if not all, their songs and does a great job in the distribution of the lines. Once you start to deep dive into them, there’s no turning back and I know you won’t regret it. :)
No one can beat Seventeen. Their relationship is just like a family. They struggle together through the bitter and sweet life of an idol trainee and no one has left the group. Now they are really shining.
Svt's vocal unit songs with song with insane vocals suggestions • Habit (trust me.Just give this song a listen) • Same dream same mind same night • To you • All my love • Cheers to youth • Candy
@@caffe1n8ed I say it in respect to show the vocal unit's brilliance because Scoups also wrote the song to really push and test the vocal unit which he did. DK's iconic part in it stands out the most and is known to make even the members stop to enjoy mid performance. That's why even if it is an OT13 song, to emphasize the beauty and strength of the vocal line requires the mention of KIDULT always
Wonwoo's mom died before they film this . (I read it somewhere. Correct me if I'm wrong) that's probably why he has least lines.. But, in seventeen songs , Wonwoo has enough lines 😊
Actually, the SUPER LONG GUIDE TO SEVENTEEN 2023 by caratline17 is definitely the best guide out there right now!!! 😘👍 The unhelpful guide really is UNhelpful, and more just for laughs, after you already know them, but is also quite outdated.
Wonwoo the one with deep voice and with glasses its his first appearance after hiatus due to his mom passing. He is a rapper and obviously doesnt have any parts since songs are cuts according to what they've practice. Him being there was a miracle for us that time.
Seventeen is a group of 13 aces. They all can sing, rap and dance. To be fair, seventeen probably has one of the fairest line distributions. Those who get fewer lines in a particular songs usually get the killing parts in performances. Seventeen is considered to be the most synchronized group in KPop as they are amazing performers. They also have a hand in writing composing and choreographing their music. They recently just released their 12th mini album. They have one of the largest discographies in all of KPop. Hoping to see more of your Seventeen journey. It’s a very entertaining one!
Don’t worry about learning names. It’s actually not too bad since they have units within the group! Hiphop unit, performance unit and vocal unit! Highly recommend watching their live performances and dance practices they are known as the synchronized kings and their performances are amazing, also they are known as the theater kids of kpop. And about line distribution, it’s actually very good compared to other groups and they have their unit songs as well.
Before I learned about Seventeen, I was so certain about being a sole EXO-L for life. But these boys are also sooo fun and talented, and their fandom is respectful, appreciative(of EXO) and really friendly. Now I'm a certified Carat-L hahaha the best combo i swear to god. These two fandoms rarely have beef on each other, heck i witnessed carats having more beef with their idols than other fandoms. It's hilarious😂
the thing with seventeen is...the hip hop team (rap line) can sing and have an amazing vocals, the vocals can rap, the performance team (dancers) can sing and rap, and the hiphop team and vocals can dance amazingly...they are known as the synchronization kings for a reason....also, their natural comedians on the side...
If you’re looking for amazing vocals and harmonies I would recommend listening to “Habit” is a song by Seventeen’s vocal unit, as for high notes I recommend my favorite Seventeen song “Kidult”, which was written by the members Woozi, Vernon and Scoups, Scoups said that he wrote Kidult to challenge the main vocalists - DK and Seungkwan (the one that sang the high note on the last song)
It’s good to have a standard. but I hope you could appreciate each group with their own originality. If you keep comparing, it’s really unpleasant to watch. The reason why the fans kept recommending this video is because despite that they have a lot of members, they have unique voices and they consistently have amazing live fun performances.
9:04 The rapper in the back is Vernon. The guy singing is Dino. He’s actually part of the performance team, so one of the main dancers. These two are part of the maknae line, so they’re the babies of the group 😊
EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT!!!! If you searching for crazy high notes, smooth hamornies, amazing vocals, definitely BTOB killing voice serve them all no doubt
SEVENTEEN LOLLAPALOOZA PERFORMANCE. They uploaded the whole concert on their youtube 'Seventeen'. You can see their live performances there, you will like it so much.
Seventeen is my ult group so happy you reacted! Dk is one of the best vocalists in Kpop he’s the one with the black denim jacket and white shirt who does the growl in the first song. I’m also on an EXO journey right now they are unreal Baekhyun and xiumin my biases. Seventeen also have one of the line best and fairest line distributions in the industry with songs and albums even tho there are 13 of them. The guy with the glasses is Wonwoo this was his first schedule after his return as him mum passed away so they specifically picked parts that he was not in, that’s why he didn’t have many lines.
If you want to hear more on vocalss, they have a vocal subunit that you guys can check out! Alsooo DK and Seungkwan (the other main vocal the blonde one) has a duet song together called "Say Yes" and other duetss that you can check out! Seventeen is a very talented group, thank you for the reaction :))
SEVENTEEN has a very fair line distribution despite having 13 members! Other members might have a more seconds than the others but it is pretty fair overall.
This are just only few seconds snippets of their songs. So the line distributions might not represent the actual distributions. But comparing svt line distributions with even some other groups that has way little numbers, svt has really greatly distributed lines. And as everyone has already said here, Wonwoo (guy in stripes) just came back after passing of his mother at this time, so he was only singing few lines here, but he actually does has more lines than that. Would like to also recommend Day6 & BtoB Killing Voice next. Great ones too. Seventeen has lots of songs with great high notes, especially for Vocal Unit songs. Some suggestions: Kidult, Habit, Say Yes, All My Love, Don’t Listen in Secret, Second Life, For You, Headliner.
@7:48 you'd be surprised that SVT has the most perfect looking pie in terms of member parts in songs.... No ine even comes close to their part distribution throughout their career... And they have 13 members and some of the best vocalists and rappers of kpop.... ❤
Seventeen is 3rd Gen, they are called seventeen because they have 13members +3units (performance, vocal and hiphop) + one team =17. they are known to be a self-made group, choreographing their dances, writing lyrics, one of the members woozi (the short, bleached hair) is actually one of the main producers and composes 99% of their songs. they are also known for their crazy choreo and synchronization. Even though they have their units all of the members are very good at singing, dancing and rapping. if you wanna know more about them i suggest watching the super long guide for seventeen, its spilt into 4 parts, 1st part is the group in general and the other 3 are for each unit. if it wasnt clear the members are spilt into units!
if you wanna hear more wonwoo's voice, you can check his solo song, called Leftover, it's a ballad song although he is one of rapper in seventeen. also, the main vocal in seventeen is DK and Seungkwan, you can check their duet song called Say Yes. and I recommend a song called To You, Kidult, All My Love, and Run To You if you want to hear a song with a lot of highote and harmony. Seventeen has a unit in it, there is a vocal unit, a performance unit, and a hip hop unit. Each unit has its own song. I recommend Habit and Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night (Vocal Unit) 247 and I Don't Understand But I Love You (Performance Unit) Trauma and Monster (HipHop Unit)
The guy with glasses is wonwoo he’s in hiphop unit but his vocals also very good and had a deep voice, he just had a hard time that time. If you want to hear more of him singing you should react more of Seventeen song. All of them are very talented.
Thank you for reacting!!, people have already mentioned this, but SEVENTEEN it's a self-produced group, meaning they take part in composing, writing, choreography, etc. 13 (members) + 3 (units: hip hop, performance, vocal) + 1 (team) = 17 The three main vocalists of the group are Seungkwan (17:38), Dk - he did most ad libs and harmonies (13:25) 5:12, 8:28, 11:04, 11:25, 19:37, 20:12, 22:50 - and Woozi (5:53) he is SVT's main producer and leader of the Vocal Unit. [Jeonghan (2:12) and Joshua (17:10) -- yes, he is from the US -- are also part of this unit] They were separated into units since a little before debut, but the truth is everyone in the group can sing, dance and rap; as you can see, Vernon (12:55) he is also a main rapper - he's from NY, half american but grew up in Korea- and part of the Hip Hop Unit, but can sing beautifully. Mingyu (9:25) and Wonwoo - he wasn't participating as much because of personal reasons - (25:41) are part too. S. Coups (23:40) is the main leader of SEVENTEEN and leader of this unit. Lastly, the performance unit's leader Hoshi (10:47), the last two foreign members from China, Jun (5:32) and The8 (3:34) and the youngest of the group, Dino (8:23). Woozi mentioned in an interview that the company is the one that gives out lines so to not make it awkward but they have one of the fairest lines distributions in kpop, really. I hope you come to love them because not only are they amazing performers and creators (known in the industry with titles such as the Kings of Synchronization, Theater Kids of KPop and obviously Self-Prouced Idols), but they're funny afff. Songs that showcase their vocals as a group I recommend: kidult, IF you leave me, circles, smile flower, shadow, heaven's cloud, Together. -Vocal-like hip hop song: I Can't Run Away -Vocal-like performance song: 247 / I Don't Understand But I Luv U -Obviously every song of the vocal team highlights their voices but my favorites are: second life, habit (the live performance it's actually insane), hug, Don't Listen in Secret and Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night If you want to appreciate Wonwoo's voice alone you can listen to Leftover, his solo in a three-song album he released along Jeonghan:This Man. Please react to songs along with their 'dance practice' because it hits totally different when you see them dance (my current favorite dance practices of them are DON QUIXOTE, Getting Closer, _World, Rock With You, Ready to Love, I don't wanna cry - but honestly all their choreos are INSANE -). Each unit has songs on their own, so you could check that out (their most recent releases are: Vocal - Candy/ Cheers to Youth, Hip Hop - Water/ Lalali and Performance - Rain/Spell). They're such a big group, they can create MANY different combinations ex. Light a Flame by the '96 liners (Woozi, Wonwoo, Hoshi and Jun), 2 minus 1 by Joshua and Vernon, Cheers by the leaders (S. Coups, Hoshi and Woozi); and a lot more. Again thank you for your reaction and I hope you have fun slipping into the diamond life haha -- this is a reference to the first song of theirs they performed before debut: Shinning Diamond --
Seventeen has crazy vocals, but they mostly focus on their choreography and impact of their performances, so you'll usually find high notes either on vocal team songs or in moments like Woozi's high note in God of Music
Very Nice is the never ending encore song at every concert. If you want to check out the different units, there are songs off the album before the current one with MVs for each song (HipHop unit song LALALI, Performance Unit song Spell, and Vocal unit song Cheers to Youth) sometimes that makes it easier to recognize members. I love all their songs but vocally maybe Kidult. And as for my bias, Wonwoo maybe check out 24H or Maestro as I love his parts in those songs.
Seventeen presents quality. People usually comment on the band having too many members but I think that really is not an issue at all. Imagine having 13 highly talented people training, practicing, rehearsing and performing together and being able to pull things off marvelously. It is not easy. Professional ego could definitely be an issue but they never allowed it to be a hindrance. They have been around for nearly 10 years and are still going strong with an ever widening fan base. Their fans love them as SVT treat their fans with respect.
The final song was Aju Nice, which they close out concerts with and they play/sing it for like 25 minutes and there’s endless dancing and jumping and gymnastics and confetti. It’s the most exhausting finale of any concert. It leaves you needing a bed or an ambulance.
vocal team: Adore U, Pinwheel, Same dream, same mind, same night , Habit, We gonna make it shine 2017ver.,Don’t Listen In Secret, Yawn are very very good. And then, all Seventeen song. And for Wonwoo, and Jeonghan, Guitar/Last night/that man (it's only a song, chose one of the name)
My baby Wonwoo (the glasses) recently returned from mourning his mother's passing, so they worked the songs so he didn't have to do alot. Watch "Lalali" to hear what he's capable of 💎 and little blond is their producer/composer extraordinaire Woozi ❤
12:57 , thanks for pointing that out! If you dive deeper into svt, you'll actually be surprised bc all members of the hiphop team could sing. even the main dancers could pass as members of the vocal team.
thank you for reacting for seventeen, DK is my bias 🥰 I can't wait to watch another seventeen reactions from you guys, and you will love seventeen for sure😍
SEVENTEEN GET EQUAL PARTS IN THEIR SONGS BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER NO ONE IS LEFT OUT ITS JUST THAT THEY CANNOT SING THE WHOLE SONG HERE BUT RATHER THE CHORUS ONLY THATS WHY SOME ARE SINGING SMALL PARTS
SEVENTEEN = 13 members + 3 units + 1 team = 17 (that's why they're called SEVENTEEN) 3 UNITS: VOCAL UNIT • Dk (Main vocalist) • Seungkwan (Blond hair guy, Main vocalist too) • Woozi (the cross arm with a feminine voice guy is the producer of their song, also the leader of vocal unit) • Joshua (english guy he's from LA, he's one of vocalist) • Jeonghan (the baby voice and great vocalist) Hip-Hop Unit: • Scoups (the leader of hhu and also their group) • Vernon (english guy also, the main rapper, he's American) • Wonwoo (is a rapper too, he has a lot rap line in their song, dw) • Mingyu (one of the rapper too) Performance Unit • Hoshi (the angry guy haha he's not angry he's just proclaiming himself as tiger that's why. he's the performance leader, the main dancer) • Dino (the youngest of the group, also main dancer of the group) • The8 (the red hair guy, also one of the dancer who's incharge in b-boying, he's a Chinese, btw) • Jun (a dancer, he's a Chinese too, and also a young actor in china) Leader unit: Scoups (general leader, hhu leader) Hoshi (performance leader) Woozi (vocal unit leader, main producer of their song) ......
Idk if anyone has mentioned this, but seventeen concepts is they have 3 units. Hip Hop unit, Performance unit, and Vocal Unit. You should check their unit song and you'll be impressed even more!
YEYY FINALLY SEVENTEEN, you really must see their works, they all so talented and their songs is so gwaaaddd. You can starts with "super", "maestro", "fear", "hot", "lalali", "cheers" and their newest song "love, money, and fame" You guys will loved that ❤
Everyone gets a part in every song. It just means that every member's part is about 15 seconds/2 lines long. They have sub-units for b-side tracks though.
Seventeen has some really great vocals and can hit those high high notes. Seungkwan the blonde vocalist is praised by other idols as being one of the greatest vocalists in Kpop even the rappers in the group can hit some amazing high notes. Seventeen debuted in 2015 and many of the members spent years as trainees, Not only can sing they Produse, compose, write create choreography do video editing and directing and photography, graphic arts and styling, hair styling, and many of them play musical instruments such as piano, guitar, drums and more. They have broken records in album sales, they also have their own youtube series called Going Seventeen. The members are S,Coups group leader, main rapper, vocalist leader of the rap unit as well Jeonghan vocalist and visual Joshua Vocalist Guitar Jun lead dancer vocals piano also an actor Hoshi main dancer, choreographer vocals hype man leader of the Performance unit and member of a special unit called BSS Woozi leader of the vocal unit producer composer writer and a master of instruments he can play anything Won Producer of the year Wonwoo lead rapper vocals video editor Seungkwan main vocal, professor of Kpop, variety show wizard has one two major award for his variety show appearances Minghao lead dancer, vocals Bboy, artist, choreographer, fashion icon, also raps Dk main vocalist. leader of the unit BSS extremely funny, has appeared in the musical Xcalibur as King Arthur Mingyu Lead rapper vocals Visual, Director, photographer graphic artist, created Seventeens Logo and their mascot, has walked in Seoul Fashion week on the runway is also a talented chef. and model Vernon main rapper vocals writer composer, meme king, visual model and actor plays guitar Lgbtq supporter, activist for equality he is biracial and was bullied when he was younger so he hates racism Dino choreographer main dancer vocalist rapper youngest member has his own youtube channel where he posts dances and choreography to other popular artists songsAll members of Seventeen are all rounders and can do everything and when aa member is injured or on hiatus they step up to perform that members parts. Seventeen has sold the most albums in Korea and currently hod the record they also have charted on several international music charts and the American Itunes and billboard charts. They are currently touring the U,S, and they just had two mv releases. one is a collab with Dj Khalid called Love money fame and the other is called eyes on you
I recommend reacting to seventeen's vocal unit. Their vocals real shine there. Habit by seventeen vocal unit is my favorite. Seventeen is made of three units vocal, hip-hop, and performance. Don't be fooled by the units they are all very talented.
i was just watching this video because i am a carat (their fandom name) and they are called 17 bcz there are 13 member + they are divide into 3 sub unit ( vocal ,hip hop , perfomance) +plus their fans and them which makes us 1 13+3+1 makes 17
So I won’t explain what was going on with Wonwoo because plenty of people have given that explanation about his mother. But as you can see, this is a very large group and while the line distribution tends to be fairly even, it is still limited. Because there’s only so much time you can allot 13 people on a 3 1/2 minute song. So where the members truly shine is when they do their sub unit stuff. So check out the Lalali MV by the hip-hop unit. And you will see Wonwoo shine, along with the other 3 rappers.
The one thing I appreciate about Seventeen is that they know because there are 13 of them, they split the group into 3 units. Every time there is an album out, each of the unit has their own song too. So instead of 13 ppl trying to cram into a 3 minute song, they also get a song where only 4 (or 5) of them get to showcase their singing ability. This is also true of their concerts. The vocal, hip hop, and performance team usually get to showcase 2-3 of their own unit songs. Each person in the group gets to shine.
thank you for reacting! i've been a carat for almost seven years now and i just have to say, seventeen are truly a once in a lifetime kind of group. they excel in every area, whether vocals, performance, rapping, personality, music diversity, etc. additionally, their bond as a group is something you don't see everyday, either, further proven by the fact that after almost ten years they are all still together as the same group since debut. they are one of the only groups where i've never been worried about any members leaving, because they obviously love each other and what they've achieved together so much. if you want to check out the members more, i definitely recommend watching the super long seventeen guide by caratline17! it *is really* super long, but it is honestly so worth it. also, their variety series on youtube called "going seventeen" is so successful and entertaining that it has its own fandom of people who aren't exactly fans of seventeen but just their variety content, so if you want a good laugh, definitely check that out too!
Oooohhh ... For live performance their Lollapalooza 2024 in Berlin is fully free online. Also, if you really want to hear a vocally challenging song live, find any performance of "Kidult". If you want to listen to a vocally beautiful live, find any performance of "If you leave me". If you want to hear a vocally fun live, find any performance of "Beautiful" - this one can only really be appreciated as a live!!! Hope to see y'all on my feed more as you get to know Seventeen ❤
The guy with glasses is Wonwoo he has a bad sight, he has a fewer lines during that time coz he just came back from hiatus bec of his mom passing... it's really toughest time for him but still he joined them.. he's a rapper... Seventeen has 3 units Hiphop Unit Scoups overall leader (guy with half ponytail) Wonwoo (guy with glasses) Mingyu (guy with semi long black hair with leather jacket) Vernon (half American guy with black and white jacket Vocal Unit: Woozi (leader, blonde guy the one who crossed arms he's the major producer and composer) Jeonghan (guy with soft voice short black hair) Joshua (guy with soft voice too, semi blonde hair) Seungkwan (one with high voice blonde hair) DK (one with high voice black hair) Performance Unit Hoshi leader (blonde short hair one with high energy) Jun (chinese, semi blonde hair with white shirt) The8 (chinese red hair guy) Dino (youngest guy in the right end with black sweater)
Please do ATEEZ, BTOB ans MAMAMOO’s killing voice. Mamamoo especially since they were the reasons this show became KILLING VOICE. It used to be known as Killing Verse and was for rappers specifically. One of the members of Mamamoo, Solar, begged them to let her group on their show for once and they’ll prove idols can sing. And they really did!
Seventeen are such an amazing group. They are all phenomenal singers, rappers, and dancers. They all get lines in their group songs and they do also do sub unit songs! 13 members + 3 sub units + 1 fandom- Seventeen! They have such a diverse group! I promise they are super fair, this is my first video from you guys and I loved it! I really hope you guys check them out more in detail; music videos and dance practices are great!
I'm not so sure but I saw a video where Killing Voice is shoot where the music just comes through the in-ears and they are like singing Acapella being watched by the staff. That's why only a few groups are only invited ♥ and one fact, Seventeen has been always fair of their line distribution
If you want to hear them do high notes, try listening to Kidult. All 13 members CAN sing, dance & rap that’s why they called Kpop powerhouse, kings of synchronization & theatre kids. Their performances are top tier too. Ps. Aside from being musically talented, they are funny as hell too. Seventeen = CHAOTIC 😂
The reason they put the last song as like a “secret” one is because they do it all the time for their stages, for that specific song only. aju (very) nice is like the carat & seventeen anthem!!
I really like this honest review. First time i see this account reaction so Much Fun. I'm Carat fan of Seventeen. Thank you for reaction them. Please keep rrction them, because them very talented and superstar
I know it's going to be hard. But they are amazing guys and they work so hard. Also if you want to know why there called Seventeen and there are only 13 members watch a guide. What helped me was a guide to Seventeen. Also the two guys I got mixed up for a while, until I stopped was Wonwoo and Mingyu. But now I am good.
They are 3rd gen group. Debut in 2015, now in their 9th year as a group. But has been together for like 12 years. You guys seems really concern about how they get their part contribution. Yeah i know they are a lot of members, but I can assure you that seventeen has one of the most fair line contribution compares to some group that have less members. Even one of the members also talked about this issue to us. Of course that sometimes some members get fewer lines than others. He told us not to take that as an issue since members are all satisfied with their own part. Not everyone can shine in a song. So sometimes, the members that has few lines, will get the spotlight in the mv or main choreo to make it fair. Each comeback they will also have unit songs, (hiphop, vocal, performance). So each member get to shine in other units songs. We carats (fandom name) didn't really worry about it since their songs were produced by Woozi (the blonde short one in the vid). We always trust him so don't worry much😊.
The last song they did (the fake out). Is called "Very Nice". They use it as an encore for their concerts (outside of Japan, theirs is "Call Call Call). We fans call it the never ending"Very Nice". It's their version of Growl. Their break out song. Also look up "Kidult" if you like the vocals, and any Hip-Hop Unit songs if you like Wonwoo. Like "Fire" or "monster".
The guy who sings the least( guy with glasses), was back after a break after he had lost his mom. The members didn’t want to do this without him, also didn’t want to put any pressure on him.
The guys with his arms crossed in Woozi, he produces and writes about 95% of seventeen and members solos
Wow, that's cool. Woozi is such a cool name!

@@huhyunjingf thats what i thought too 😂 when he said he is like “Pablo” all i could think was “no he’s a tiger 🐯 “ 😂😂
HE'S A TIGER 😭😭😭 HORANGHAE YEOREOBUN
YES! EXO 🤝 BTOB 🤝 SVT ARE VOCAL MONSTERS! THEY SING LIVE, THEY ATE CDS AND MICROPHONES (NOT LITERALLY THO) BUT YEAH, THESE THREE BG HAS THE BEST VOCALS
For Seventeen you need to watch their live performance and also their dance practice this guys is insane!
+100 for this 😅
Yes. Not trying to compare but their dance prectices are the best I have ever seen. And its not just that they are great dancers but vocals are also amazing. The songs are just too good, reallly, the amount of talent in seventeen is out of this world. So, yes, you shold definitely get to all that if you have the time.
+1000
yeah their dance practice sealed the deal for me to become a carat... we cant forget incredible performance when it comes to seventeen.
Seventeen debuted on 2015 wich is 3rd gen
They're 13 member , almost 10 years and no one leave the grup
If you like EXO, you will like SEVENTEEN 😂😂.
Wonwoo doesn't have a line much that time because he just came back and is still mourning since his mother just recently passed away that time so they only gave him little line and it's intentional guys but in actual and full song he has plenty of lines. Hope this help ☺️❤️
12:25 that guy named Wonwoo, his mum just passed away around that time so thats why they purposely gave him less line to sing
Wonwoo has a recent solo track called Leftover ❤ sooooo beautiful, a must listen!!
They are variety show kings, synchronisation kings, choreography kings, self producing kings, vocals kings. You can test them from any angles and they slay. You can check out soo many contents of them.
Visual kings!!! 😍😘
Thats what Im saying. they are really amazing, so proud Ive come to know of this group really
exo and svt are my ults ! they are so vocally strong.
Also to be honest, despite having 13 members they really have a good line distribution. Very equally distributed, than some of the 7 boy groups lol
@@peachycream7007 💯💯
@@peachycream7007 very trueeeee im impressed with svts line distribution
My recommendations:
1. All my love (Accoustic ver.)
2. To you (live performance -comeback)
3. Run To you (live performance)
4. Kidult (live performance)
5. Habit (seventeen vocal unit- live performance)
6. Same dream, same mind, same night ( vocal unit- live performance)
7. Rock with you (band session)
8. Don't listen in secret (live performance)
@@fridathomas2389 THAT IT!!!!
AGREEEEED. They’ll get everything they’re looking for because they get to sing their hearts out with adlibs there and the entire songs.
SVT killing voice means Dokyeom (DK) appreciation! He deserves that spot! Let's go our vocal king!
Svt's vocal unit songs with song with insane vocals suggestions
• Habit (trust me.Just give this song a listen)
• Same dream same mind same night
• To you
• All my love
• Cheers to youth
• Candy
@@Alice-wr3jv and kidult too
Missing Kidult in this list is a crime
@@hafsahhaq8371 the comment literally says “vocal unit songs” tho?? Kidult is OT13
17 have worked hard for their success. So happy for them. As EXO D.O said they are cheerful grp. And they are.
Wonwoo's mom died before they film this . (I read it somewhere. Correct me if I'm wrong) that's probably why he has least lines..
But, in seventeen songs , Wonwoo has enough lines 😊
Yes, it was before this was filmed. But technically it was a month or two after, since Dingo was after his short hiatus🤗
SEVENTEEN
3 UNIT + 13 MEMBERS + 1 TEAM = 17
3 UNIT - VOCAL / PERFORMANCE / HIPHOP
(please watch their unhelpful guide)
Actually, the SUPER LONG GUIDE TO SEVENTEEN 2023 by caratline17 is definitely the best guide out there right now!!! 😘👍
The unhelpful guide really is UNhelpful, and more just for laughs, after you already know them, but is also quite outdated.
Two expressions associated with Seventeen:
'Shit, this is red too!'
'Oh, he can sing too!'
2:26 He is Seungkwan and he is indeed one of the main vocalists, then Dk is the other main vocalist
Seventeen right here 🔥✨
I think a good seventeen song recommendation would be "kidult", if you are looking for a wholesome feeling and beautiful harmonies
Finally! Now you know the kings of kpop vocals (EXO) and the kings of sync/dance (SEVENTEEN). My exols+carat heart are very happy 💎💠🪐
+ 1
I suggest Kidult, Habit, Say Yes, Donʻt listen in secret by vocal team. They are known as the dance kings of kpop and insane vocal too
It’s good to have a standard. but I hope you could appreciate each group with their own originality.
BTOB killing voice next ,its a must❤ thank you for this reaxtion by the way

ATEEZ KILLING VOICE PLEASEEEEEE
up up
EXO 🤝 SVT
SEVENTEEN has a very fair line distribution despite having 13 members! Other members might have a more seconds than the others but it is pretty fair overall.
I think BTOB would be a great one to watch too. They have amazing vocals and harmonies.
Killing voice as first reaction for seventeen?? Yaaas at last!!
Congratulations you have slipped into the diamond life❤
but did they slip, though?
they focused on how many the members are, line distribution and how wonwoo sang the least.
if you wanna hear more wonwoo's voice, you can check his solo song, called Leftover, it's a ballad song although he is one of rapper in seventeen. also, the main vocal in seventeen is DK and Seungkwan, you can check their duet song called Say Yes. and I recommend a song called To You, Kidult, All My Love, and Run To You if you want to hear a song with a lot of highote and harmony.
Seventeen has a unit in it, there is a vocal unit, a performance unit, and a hip hop unit. Each unit has its own song. I recommend
Habit and Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night (Vocal Unit)
247 and I Don't Understand But I Love You (Performance Unit)
Trauma and Monster (HipHop Unit)
The guy with glasses is wonwoo he’s in hiphop unit but his vocals also very good and had a deep voice, he just had a hard time that time. If you want to hear more of him singing you should react more of Seventeen song. All of them are very talented.
Thank you for reacting!!, people have already mentioned this, but SEVENTEEN it's a self-produced group, meaning they take part in composing, writing, choreography, etc.
13 (members) + 3 (units: hip hop, performance, vocal) + 1 (team) = 17
The three main vocalists of the group are Seungkwan (17:38), Dk - he did most ad libs and harmonies (13:25) 5:12, 8:28, 11:04, 11:25, 19:37, 20:12, 22:50 - and Woozi (5:53) he is SVT's main producer and leader of the Vocal Unit. [Jeonghan (2:12) and Joshua (17:10) -- yes, he is from the US -- are also part of this unit]
They were separated into units since a little before debut, but the truth is everyone in the group can sing, dance and rap; as you can see, Vernon (12:55) he is also a main rapper - he's from NY, half american but grew up in Korea- and part of the Hip Hop Unit, but can sing beautifully.
-Vocal-like hip hop song: I Can't Run Away
-Vocal-like performance song: 247 / I Don't Understand But I Luv U
-Obviously every song of the vocal team highlights their voices but my favorites are: second life, habit (the live performance it's actually insane), hug, Don't Listen in Secret and Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night
If you want to appreciate Wonwoo's voice alone you can listen to Leftover, his solo in a three-song album he released along Jeonghan:This Man.
@@MariaEduardaFrança-l5o they actually hv a bunch of highnote for title track too for example in maestro, clap, very nice and other group b-side
Watch "Lalali" to hear what he's capable of 💎 and little blond is their producer/composer extraordinaire Woozi ❤
it's honestly my favorite thing to watch people react to this killing voice and then see their slow journey into caratland immediately after 😂
Btob killing voice if you are looking for that breaking vocals 😂😂😂
I love Seventeen. I love them because of how synch they are while dancing and I love DK's voice a lot
12:57 , thanks for pointing that out! If you dive deeper into svt, you'll actually be surprised bc all members of the hiphop team could sing. even the main dancers could pass as members of the vocal team.
You need to react to BTOB's killing voice too! BTOB and EXO have one of the best vocal lines in the hole industry in my opinion!
I was about to comment this haha
thank you for reacting for seventeen, DK is my bias 🥰 I can't wait to watch another seventeen reactions from you guys, and you will love seventeen for sure😍
SEVENTEEN GET EQUAL PARTS IN THEIR SONGS BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER
NO ONE IS LEFT OUT
ITS JUST THAT THEY CANNOT SING THE WHOLE SONG HERE BUT RATHER THE CHORUS ONLY THATS WHY SOME ARE SINGING SMALL PARTS

Thank you for reacting hoping to see more Seventeen content😊😊 just followed ypu guys
Seventeen will never disappoint you ,they are really talented artist and a full time comedian
thank you for reacting! i've been a carat for almost seven years now and i just have to say, seventeen are truly a once in a lifetime kind of group. they excel in every area, whether vocals, performance, rapping, personality, music diversity, etc. additionally, their bond as a group is something you don't see everyday, either, further proven by the fact that after almost ten years they are all still together as the same group since debut. they are one of the only groups where i've never been worried about any members leaving, because they obviously love each other and what they've achieved together so much.
if you want to check out the members more, i definitely recommend watching the super long seventeen guide by caratline17! it *is really* super long, but it is honestly so worth it. also, their variety series on youtube called "going seventeen" is so successful and entertaining that it has its own fandom of people who aren't exactly fans of seventeen but just their variety content, so if you want a good laugh, definitely check that out too!

Please do ATEEZ, BTOB ans MAMAMOO’s killing voice. Mamamoo especially since they were the reasons this show became KILLING VOICE. It used to be known as Killing Verse and was for rappers specifically. One of the members of Mamamoo, Solar, begged them to let her group on their show for once and they’ll prove idols can sing. And they really did!
You should hear Same Mind Same Dream Same Night for the high note and Habit, this is only the vocal unit though
That's why only a few groups are only invited ♥ and one fact, Seventeen has been always fair of their line distribution
you guys would love seventeen. i cant wait to see more contents from you guys!!
You can watch their performance of kidult live in fact music awards. That song is vocaling!
Listen to habit, kidult, all my love and don't listen in secret (all live)
the guy in glasses, he's a rapper and he gets good parts, highlights, he's a beast when performing
