High Court generally examines whether procedures are correctly followed or not. When the CID buggers are bound to take permission of Governor, High Court has to examine whether procedure is followed. If it is not followed, the bludy remand has to be quashed. This is the logic which can be applied by a sixth standard student. There is no need of knowledge of LLB or LLM. When the judgment doesn't stand for logic, it is bound to be subjected to criticism. If CID buggers fail to collect necessary evidences in two years, what bludy evidences they will collect in remaining six months? Can't the judge ask CID fellows as to why they failed so far in collecting evidences? When we go to market we seek for quality products. But such a quality justice doesn't appear to be locally available. Real justice is "far off" and a common man cannot afford the cost thereof.
