You are more patient than I would have been. Then again, maybe I have an added level of contempt towards the police which skews my thoughts somewhat. I reported a serious crime to Lancashire Police (Kirkham) and they did absolutely nothing. I never even saw a plod in uniform after reporting the serious offence. Yet here we have another brain dead plod turning up completely uninformed asking questions to a person who isn't even committing an offence. Then they wonder why they get the hate so much.
Great vide and interaction Andy, stayed calm and to be fair the officer was OK with you. We all know some are not! I'm going down again tomorrow too for the aftermath. Safe flying mate
Thanks mate...I thought i might have been a bit harsh with him at the time, so i did give him my name and operators number, but afterwards, I did think I shouldnt have done that. He had seemed to accept he didnt need them after all....yes, I might go tomorrow or Tuesday, not sure yet. Interestingly it wasnt a full NFZ in place, just more of an advisory?? Obviously the crowd thing would have told most people not to fly their anyway
@@AndyBDrone Yeah, actully I went through the DJI app and unlocked the NFZ that has the warning, to see if would even allow me. It did!, it have me full permission to fly in the area I selected. Was tempting but at the same time, I don't fancy beinbg rail-roaded by anyone for being a nuisance
