The greatest thing about this song is the "WOOO!" I don´t know if there will ever be a better "WOOO!" again. Out of 25 or so TGUK concerts I went to during college, he could never duplicate it live the way it sounded on the recording.
saw them live 2 months ago @Houston...a dream come true... been a fan since 1999 when my older brother found "don't hate me".. (: would they believe in us now? (8)!!
this song painted an awesome picture of the reasons why i ended my last relationship. in fact, after hearing it a decade later on a mixtape given to me by a friend, i drove to his house and ended it the end.
I was old enough but still a few years late. You had to be pretty hip to be into emo in the 90s. Most of us discovered it around 2000 or after, in our college years.
summer swallowed us whole; we waited for you to come around every word you wrote down, we read it over to know... would they believe is us now? there's no shame like no sound from sources hits close to home everything that we've found says make your own destiny but you're unaware that you should be scared maybe you'll learn from mistake that we make
Who the fuck are the 11 people who clicked on this song and disliked it? Wtf? Why even click on the track? I love the get up kids! This album and 4 minute mile!
@skeetinmyhair Despite it being the second wave of what was originally emo. Due to my age and having to wade through the all the bullshit that has passed or passes as emo nowadays. Especially the fad with eyeliner, chick clothes. skirts, cutting, and all that crap. I consider this "old school." So I guess it's all in the context. Also have much love Sunny Day and Jawbreaker for sure.
This song hits me right in the feels. Pure nostalgia
I believe there will never be, nor was there ever before, a better "WOOO!" thrown into a song.

this is a sad song.. really sad
Ahh, that's why it didn't sound right to me
