Thank you my NDE sister for sharing your experiences
As an NDEr myself I absolutely understand the difficulty when it comes to explain and express the beauty of our true home, but did an amazing job in your explanation
Just remember to be still and know the father, sometimes people go right back to their ego and intellect and the word brings them back to the worldly things, stay present and let it all go and your life will be amazing
I wish you well my friend and many blessings

Follow Mary, she will lead you to her son, Jesus, who died for you. Start saying a Rosary everyday. Your path should lead you closer to God and not farther away, that’s how you tell if you’re on the right path. The darkness is the demons, they will lead you away from God and eventually to hell. Live your life for Jesus everyday. Read your Bible.

Amber what you learned from your experience was what I believe is exactly what you were meant to learn. That we come here to experience different things and to learn how to appreciate every one in the best way possible. As you said to find the silver lining. Not to be (your word was victim) a person who suffers, but someone who learns. I once many years ago came across a phrase or statement that really rang true with me. And it was “The moment you stop learning then you are dead.” And to me I looked at that from many different angles and came to realize that it’s indeed true. No matter how mundane the the thing we learn may be, such as “wow, it’s hot in here” or “ I truly have found love” all of it is at its core learning. And the only way to truly stop that is to die. And I’m not saying that in the way as going home, such as many NDEs are, but to say that you’ve completely closed off all of your senses. Then I was able to make sense of it, and appreciate it as truth. From what you said about continuing to learn and expanding your gifts and skills, is that absolute best thing that you could have done. Continue to do it and go forth. Eventually you (if you haven’t already!) will find the best experience that you came here to have. And that’s why we do come here. We bask in eternal glory and love when we aren’t here on earth. And at many times we need to come back here to remind ourselves how it feels to live without that. And damn, if life doesn’t deliver! Thank you for sharing your experience and congratulations for staying the course with your life lessons. You’re definitely an old and unique soul, and I believe you can help so many people. A bringer of light is what I see in you.

📌Friends, I hope this helps someone who needs to hear it💜
According to many Near-Death Experiences, we come here to learn about love *experientially* and to *apply* what we learn.
A soul cannot do that in the ethereal realm because everything is perfect there. To understand the light (love), one must experience darkness; one cannot truly know what a thing is until it has been contrasted with its opposite. I believe we choose to come here, and sometimes not just to learn, but to help others (to teach).
Heaven is home, but once we've enjoyed basking for eons in perfect heavenly bliss, we might look forward to a new challenge/adventure in this amazing universe. I think the soul takes on these 'lives' just as we opt to read books or watch movies - sometimes a comedy, other times a drama or thriller etc., - but all for the sole purpose of learning to love. So please don't fear the process; God knows what He's doing. Don't be a backseat driver! 😊
However, I do believe that it's *imperative* that we learn to love (mercy, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, fortitude, equanimity, etc.), otherwise, experiences and even lives may *repeat* until we do so! Understandably, God always gives precedence to the soul over the body. Once we've overcome all our challenges, I doubt we'll come here too often, if at all.
I believe that an important thing to remember is the 'golden thread' that seems to run through most NDEs; namely, we are a part of God (His children), we're eternal, we're loved beyond measure, and we come here to learn to love. Thank goodness it's designed in such a way as to always feel like the first time!
Strive to be the best version of yourself in thought, word, and deed, and you may be surprised by the abundance of blessings that come your way. Give it a try and see for yourself!
I wish you the very best in life! 💜
"To find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better... To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
    -Ralph Waldo Emerson💜

    @JesusSave7 Рік тому +1

Brother/sister if your Church/Cathedral teaches anything that is NOT Biblical never trust it. They may not do it with content but deny all that isn’t Biblical.
    1. Mary never asked to be prayed to AT ALL, neither did she say that she was an interceder. She is a human and cannot hear prayers, only God should be praised. No where in scripture does it say that Mary will pray for you that idea is man made. “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5)
    2. We are not to make any graven images and DEFINITELY NOT bow down to them. “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;” (Exodus 20:4-5)
“I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” (Isaiah 42:8)
    3. We are not to call any teacher father except for our Father in heaven, it is prohibited in the scriptures. “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” (Matthew 23:9)
    4. The rosary is not Biblical at all
    5. We are not saved by works! “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Open your eyes and get out of tradition. Anything that is not Biblical is false, as well as even many of the so called “Christian” holidays celebrated today, they have pagan origin.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Repent and FULLY turn away from your sins
Be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
Become filled with the Holy Spirit
Pick up your cross and deny yourself DAILY
“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)
(Our flesh is evil and we should walk in the spirit always) “For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.”
Know that we will stand before a Holy God and that this life is not all that there is (True life begins when we die, that is ETERNITY)
Know that there is such a thing as hell and that [if you continue in your DELIBERATE sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there will no longer be ANY sacrifice that will cover your sins]

Peace be with you! I hope and pray the following is helpful.
      1. Concerning point 1 of your post, In the Gospel of John, Jesus prays that we all be one as He and the Father are one (John 17:26). All baptized into Christ share in His relationship to the Father through the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:15; Gal 3:27). Similarly, we share in Christ's relationship to his Blessed Mother. Remember, our Lord's words as he hung from the altar of the cross, Jesus said to His mother and to the beloved disciple, "Woman behold your son!" . . . "Son, behold your mother!" (John 19:26-27). Beloved disciples of Jesus recognize Mary as their mother.
Catholics ask Mary to pray for them in many ways. In the rosary, we ask her to “pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.” Many non-Catholics think such a request denies the teaching of 1 Timothy 2:5: “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” But in the preceding four verses (1 Tim. 2:1-4), Paul instructs Christians to pray for each other, meaning it cannot interfere with Christ’s mediatorship: “I urge that prayers, supplications, petitions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone. . . . This is good, and pleasing to God our Savior.” All Christian intercessory prayer is a participation in the one mediatorship of Christ Jesus. Intercessory prayer "for all the saints," is a duty of the "royal priesthood" of all Christians (1 Peter 2:9; Eph 6:18).
We know this exhortation to pray for others applies to the saints in heaven who, as Revelation 5:8 reveals, intercede for us by offering our prayers to God: “The twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and with golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.”
      2. Concerning point 2, consider the Mercy Seat on the Ark of the Covenant, God commanded "you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat" (Ex 25:18). Here, we see statues used as sacred art. Also, remember that during the exodus, God sent serpents to punish the Israelites, He told Moses to “make a fiery serpent, and set it on a pole; and every one who is bitten, when he sees it shall live. So Moses made a bronze serpent, and set it on a pole; and if a serpent bit any man, he would look at the bronze serpent and live” (Num. 21:8-9). Here, we see that statues could be used ritually, not only as sacred art.
Further, the Catholic Church, led to all truth by the Holy Spirit (Acts 15:28; John 16:13), settles important theological questions at ecumenical councils, as was done at the Jerusalem Council (Acts 15:1- 29). At the second council of Nicaea, the Church established that "the honor paid to an image traverses it, reaching the model, and he who venerates the image, venerates the person represented in that image." Recall that Jesus is the perfect image of the invisible God (Col 1:15) and the exact imprint of God's nature (Heb 1:3). God has revealed His image perfectly in Jesus. The Church teaches that Jesus can be represented and venerated in His humanity.
The honor paid to sacred images is a respectful veneration, not the adoration due to God alone. Thus, the Christian veneration of images is not contrary to the first commandment which proscribes idols. It is similar to keeping a picture of your mom on your desk or saluting your nation's flag. We honor what the image represents, the image itself lifting our minds and hearts to what it represents.
      3. Concerning point 3, the New Testament establishes a theology of the spiritual fatherhood of ministerial priests. Consider Paul’s statement, “I do not write this to make you ashamed, but to admonish you as my beloved children. For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel” (1 Cor. 4:14-15).
Peter followed the same custom, referring to Mark as his son: “She who is at Babylon, who is likewise chosen, sends you greetings; and so does my son Mark” (1 Pet. 5:13). The apostles sometimes referred to entire churches under their care as their children. Paul writes, “Here for the third time I am ready to come to you. And I will not be a burden, for I seek not what is yours but you; for children ought not to lay up for their parents, but parents for their children” (2 Cor. 12:14); and, “My little children, with whom I am again in travail until Christ be formed in you!” (Gal. 4:19).
John said, “My little children, I am writing this to you so that you may not sin; but if any one does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous” (1 John 2:1); “No greater joy can I have than this, to hear that my children follow the truth” (3 John 4). In fact, John also addresses men in his congregations as “fathers” (1 John 2:13-14).
By referring to these people as their spiritual sons and spiritual children, Peter, Paul, and John imply their own roles as spiritual fathers. Since the Bible frequently speaks of this spiritual fatherhood, we Catholics acknowledge it and follow the custom of the apostles by calling priests “father.”
      4. Concerning point 4, the rosary is very scriptural. The first part invites us to contemplate the awesome mystery of the Incarnation. The words are drawn directly from the text of Scripture. The Angel Gabriel, probably in awe that the Almighty God he has worshiped from the beginning was about to become a little baby inside Mary, gives her a royal greeting: “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you” (Luke 1:28,29). Similarly in awe, Elizabeth "filled with the Holy Spirit" exclaims, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!” (Luke 1:42). John Paul II explains, "these words . . . could be said to give a glimpse of God’s own wonderment as he contemplates his masterpiece-the Incarnation of the Son in the womb of the Virgin Mary. . . . The repetition of the Hail Mary in the rosary gives us a share in God’s own wonder and pleasure: in jubilant amazement we acknowledge the greatest miracle of history" (Rosarium 33).
      5. Concerning point 5, Catholicism does not teach that we are saved by works. We are saved by a faith that expresses itself through charity (Gal 5:6).
Your post cites Ephesians 2:8-9 but notice in the next verse the reason we have been saved, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them" (Eph 2:10). See, we have been created in Christ Jesus for good works.
Now, consider the parable of the sheep and the goats. Notice that the final judgment will be according to the good works we have done or failed to do. The goats will reply to the Lord Jesus, "'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life." (Matt 25:31-46).
Consider also that "if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing" (1 Cor 13:2) and that faith is perfected by good works (James 2:22).
