- My Valorant/riot account got hacked by some one from Russia 😕
I submitted a ticket with all purchase proof and had to reset my laptop which made me loose all my data.
As I am in a 3rd world country backing up data is extremely expensive.
May not post for a while

Happened to me ... What u need to do is quickly get a ticket information them about this situation and hopefully yout account should get its original email back over night... Hope it helps😅
And its a sad reality but u cant do anything unless riots resets your email back to normal

I had same issues which I contacted support and nothing was done about it but I was told by a friend to reach out to a friend which I did and he helped me in fixing mine and it's working perfectly fine, I sure he gone help you as well🎉

Yeah man sucks…in the morning my account got hacked exact same thing as urs but the email was changed to smth else and about 3 hours after emailing riot they replied and got the account back in seconds…they’re honestly soo helpful

So i got the same situation, so i did is i got to riot games website and try to open my account settings but when we try to open it needs email but the email linked in is not my real one so i go to riot games page again then i sumbit a supporter ticket so i can get back u should do sumbit a ticket i got it after 3 hours my account linked my real one now .

Can you explain what info you provided and if its complete or incomplete, i have forgotten some of my basic info so i guessed some of it but i have almost all of the purchase receipts yet they still wont give back my access to the account. Lost my sign up email btw...

Change all the information like gmail, password, id and if possible remove the gmail used for riot id completely. Use double verification.

Bro, on this month i was playing val and then i had to leave, sometimes i need to share my computer with my lilttle brother, he tryied to download a cracked game and then my acc got hacked, recovered it after like 8 or 9 days...this guy who hacked playied some ranked games on my accoount...now when i try to get in my acc its says im banned for using third-party software when i didnt had acesso to my acount, im always sending tickets to riot but its always that stupid bot awnsering the tickets, the support from riot really sucks...they just care about doing their money, they dont care about us players/users and this really sucks and its so disrespectful....what else can i do?

Exact same thing happened to me. All I can do now is wait for riots reply and pray, since they changed my riot id, email and password. It really is an unpleasant feeling not knowing if I'll be able to get it back or not.

@@hiding_behind That is very unfortunate and I do hope you get your account back soon. It took 2 days for riot to reply to me, however it does depend, as it can take up to 30 days. Rest assured, you will usually get a response within a few days or even earlier if you're lucky. Good luck. 😴

@@CliffPlays i did, and at the time, they didnt respond for like a good 10 days, so i thought i was done, but later on, i got it back, and they gave me back my prime vandal that i accidentally refunded, and transfered some vp from a gift card from my alt account to my main. I also got a free oni when they gave back my prime, cuz after i refunded it, i bought oni vandal. RIOT IS THE BEST LESS GOOO

Even my account was hacked, so i raised a ticket and the very next day the riot support team recovered my account and they sent an link via email to change our password and all the settings of our profile. So, now my account is safe I've linked my account to another email and changed the password and aslo enabled the 2fa. So, yeah be patient the riot team will help you.
I have raised the tickets too but still not get any response yet from them. I'm afraid that hacker delete my account permanently so it's will can not recover
@@MiNO2K there's a slight chance that hacker might've deleted your account but most of the time they change the details and sell the accounts because deleting your account would give any profit to them so, raise another ticket and wait for their reply🤞🏻.

i don’t think so sometime they take control of your riot account by pretending that they lost their account. Your other info shouldn’t be compromised
If your email was the email on which your account was first created the you can get it back
