As for whether Cuellar is a Democrat or Republican, I don't care. If he gets indicted, certain steps must be taken, as laid out by many decades of precedent. If he gets convicted, he loses. If this is true that Henry Cuellar did what he and his wife has been indicted for in court, then hold him and his spouse accountable to the full extent of the law. That said, I'm not quick to jump on someone without knowing all the facts of a situation (whether it's corruption or whatever), but I also don't defend someone who clearly does wrong too.
