    hi sir at 10:20 what's the significance of babies curling up and laying motionless when their social releasers were ignored? is that meant to be cute or something so they could elicit a response? thanks

      No it's not cute. It more like the babies just stopped trying. So as this in an evolutionary explanation, compare it to the animal world. When a mum starts to ignore her offspring it becomes an outcast and lays down somewhere away from the others and generally doesn't survive... (not that human babies who are ignored don't survive, but it's that kind of behaviour), so it is just showing that social releasers are important in bond formation.
