I didn't know Mr Johnny Hartman can swing this hard. The only album I have of him was with Coltrane. He was pretty much singing slow jazz standards. But Sarah Vaughan's live in Berlin is the best version for me. I can listen to it all day long
Never heard of Mr. Hartman, but I love his minimalist stye and his amazing trio...I can see myself listening to him (may he RIP), enjoying a dry vodka martini, at my favorite jazz bar in Saint Louis or Kansas City...
