That green note is a note you don't have to hit, it activates the overdrive. You can tell because of the green tail, so really all he has to hit is the red and blue
I just saw this four months later, but I have gold starred this song on pro drums and that tripped me up the first time, but because of the spacing of the notes together, you only have to hit the green crash at the end of the fill and not the note directly prior to it. Just thought you would want to know.
Especially since the drummer is pretty much playing the real instrument here. The only really credible ones here are the drummer and the singer, but guitar is not so easy.
i only play drums and i cant even pass this song, but when i watch the guitar player land all those solos 100% i dontget how they keep track of all the notes especially when theyre hammer ons and not really fast. E: i can finally pass the song but i can only get like 90%. the blue cymbal part is where i miss the most notes
I think I read in an article that the charts in Rock Band are supposed to feel more accurate to how the songs are played on the actual guitar. In Guitar Hero's case, they're treating it more like a game the charts are made more difficult, but still close to the song because of that. I don't know if I exactly have that right, but that's what I found out.
Well... since those actually are tom strokes, I don't see the issue. The only thing "wrong" with the drum chart, as far as I could tell, is that half the bass drum notes are missing because that wouldn't be playable on the original RB drum set.
The drums and guitar are mindblowingly impressive
I DON'T FEEL TARDY
Bass: beyond easy
Vocals: easy
Guitar: hard
Drums: *WTF!?*
And the drums are simplified
@@Handleoriginal12 Yea, that made me made the green "floor toms" were actually the bass drum
@Shallex I don't know what you're talking about so i'm just going to insult you,
you're stupid

mad respect for the drum guy though
That singer's face at 3:48 looks like she caught wind of a nasty fart on stage. Kappa
4:22 My reaction to that drum intro
I still have no idea how to hit that last activation on drums with the red and blue almost at the same time as the activation crash.
EpicJailbreakMan that's crazy
Use your elbow
U just hit the green Im pretty sure you don’t need to hit all 3 but just 2
If I was playing any instrument other than drums, at that intro I would just be in awe like this dude is a god

Flawless Victory!
4:13 looks like 3 notes at once for drums. i see that the green slightly after the blue and red but how do you hit that?!
He just hits them in reaaaaaally quick succession.

Caleb Collier Normally that would be the case, but the end of the fill and the blue-red notes don't sync up.

it's most likely an error with the engine and the timing for the chart
mad respect to brady and bryce
Bass: gay baby easy

Guitar: Pretty Hard
Drums: what in the Kentucky fried fuck
Lmao that bassist didn't have it bad, so bad. His part looks so easy compared to the others

It's songs like this that make me glad BREs are a game mechanic.

The bass might look easy, but have you ever tried playing rock band? The notes feel insanely weird compared to guitar hero games. Kudos to ya guys

I believe it’s the timing windows. Rock Band’s hit windows are a fraction of that for Guitar Hero

Funny part is, there's a kid at my old school that actually can do the drums to this song, and he's about 11-12. Maybe older by now
Nations -
Was he able to do it exactly like Alex Van Halen?
That is very impressive I'm 16 and I only learned how to play it last week.
Why oh why Rock Band 4 doesn't use double kick? It feels kinda unnatural without it :(
Because the normal set has only one pedal and they assume you're using that.
oh come on they do the kicks at the start on toms? cmon rb4
those are toms, my dude

Very impressive, except for the part where the entire outro is removed from the song. Lame.
They obviously didn’t miss any education.
pfft this shit is so easy
For Bass and Vocals, that is. Drums and Guitar will put your skills to the test.
