Turning the key and getting nothing is a NO CRANK brother. If the engine cranks but does not start, then call your video a No Start. The difference between the 2 is a problem around the world, from many language speakers, no worries. The year of the vehicle is in the VIN, it's under the hood on the Emission sticker, and it's on the scan tool, I don't know why so many guys who call themselves mechanics are always guessing at the year. Some of the guys work in a shop where there should be a work order and the year should be there already but almost nobody carries the work order to start making some notes of problems they see immediately, such as LOW ON OIL, NONE ON DIPSTICK, before driving into the work bay. In my book this is what makes a good tech, the 4 S's, scope, schematic, scanner, and service info. Try to show the codes near the beginning of the video, most providers hit codes at about the 1-minute mark is typical. Try to not guess the year please. Thought of this late, for the -40 which means open circuit, next time pull the pin to create an open and see if it sets a code.
