Think everyone anticipated their D to continue to develop and be solid this year. It was the offense with the QB? That was the biggest “beyond expectations”

As a vikes fan, the defense is overperforming big time, but also the OFFENSE is overperforming. Going into this season, I didn't expect Sam Darnold to play as well as he has, not too mention the depth in our receiver department. Nailor and Powell are doing pretty well in these first three weeks, which gives me hope for when Hockenson and Addison return.
As another Vikings fan, who has paid close attention to the players on offense and defense, and what we're doing with both, neither our offense nor our defense are overperforming. They're performing as expected. They're only overperforming the expectations of those who weren't paying attention. There's even room for them to grow, particularly with Addison and Hockenson coming back, and Dallas Turner growing and developing.
@@NileRoanYou're right, I wasn't paying attention when we signed Sam "Next Tom Brady" Darnold. How silly of me. Fr though, I feel like you set the bar a little high for the Vikings, our qb situation going into this season was very skeptical (Darnold was fighting for QB1 against a rookie). Also, we knew Hockenson was going to be out. Aaron Jones could've been hit or miss for us. Greenard was basically an even replacement for Hunter at the time (even though he seems to be playing much better). In hindsight, yes we are great, but Vikings were projected to go MAYBE 1-4 though 5 weeks, maybe 2-3 by miracle

There might have NOT been 3 consecutive false starts.. 🤷🏼♂️.. but realistically, Stroud didn't have a chance to pick and choose his WRs. Once they were down by a couple scores, they became 1 dimensional, allowing the Vikes to pin their ears back and T-OFF.
SKOL.. hope the Vikes can keep it up. Can't say many other teams deserve success as much as the Vikings after repeated heartache since 1960.
In there last 7 games going back to the loss to the Lions, the Vikings have scored no less than 20 pts in all their games! They also had an undefeated preseason and have now won 6 straight games! This is what Viking fans want and desire! DOMINATION! SKOL Vikings! Just one before I die!
