Over in the CN community, the PtN officials is affectionately (most of the time it's out of spite) referred as Liusheng (柳生). The name is the same as that one NPC who talks in a thick Japanese accent in the main story. Why? It's because when the game first launched in China, the officials kept apologizing for all the bugs and errors and compensated with a lot of Hypercube. The fans drew this pattern of constantly apologizing similar to the Japanese's tendency to often apologize. And thus, the fans started calling PtN as "柳生" and would sometimes even add the suffix "哥", the meaning is more or less like, "Liusheng Bro" or "Liusheng Boss". The officials love this name so much, they started calling themselves Liusheng. The name made its first appearance in the credits ending of "Beyond DisCars" event. Later on, the name made frequent appearances in the credits of the music, an example would be the "Super Lion Song", the singer is credited as “柳生天下” (Liusheng Domination), which is probably safe to assume that the singer is someone from the music team of PtN. :)
