If you double check the Oracle text of the card it reads as followed: "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, destroy it. 0: Destroy Lethal Vapors. You skip your next turn. Any player may activate this ability." Destroying Lethal Vapors is part of the resolution of the ability, not the cost. So, we can activate that 0 mana ability in response to itself as many times as we want :)

Lethal vapors can be activated by your opponents as well, so you would need a grand abolisher to skip all your turns

To activate Lethal Vapors more than once, we'd need to make the indestructible first, wouldn't we?
