i tried the sweet potato pancakes but i added around 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and topped it with sliced banana along with some caramel sauce and trust me it turned out to be delicious😍
For the pancakes, use coconut flour or protein powder to substitute all purpose flower for a healthier alternative. Always use raw sugar. Don’t need baking powder but it is a huge improvement on the texture
