Hello John, Quick question, If I forgot to put my garlic cloves on my hot sauce can I add it 3 or 4 weeks later at the time I’m pasteurizing it? Will it still end up shelf stable? Thanks!!! btw ordering a hot sauce pack from you tonight. excited to try them them!

I just went to your website or should I see your storefront and I saw at least 6 of the bottles that I would like to purchase, my question to you is, can I put them all in the refrigerator until I’m ready to use them? I asked that question because I heard that if you put hot sauce in the refrigerator it loses its heat is that true? I just feel that if I put it in the refrigerator, it will stay fresh or longer. What’s your take on that? You need to do more live videos like that with your family. I really enjoyed watching you guys hot it up.🥵. I also would like to know, has your son or daughter let their friends taste your hot sauce, and if so, did they buy any from them and is there any return customers? our hot sauces are shelf stable. We do recommend refrigeration after opening but not critical
