Well, your instructions got me further than the Autodesk site, but once I added my address and then selected PLOT, my CTB file still didn't show up in the drop-down menu for available plot styles...I'm dumbfounded.
This is very old style.now a days autocad is more easy just copy that file and paste file/plot style manager.thats all. if you want create new ctb, go to plot then right side plot style table will come go down .and you can find new. Select new ,a window will open, in the window select start from scratch then type your ctb name next and finish.Again go to plot select your ctb right side of your ctb ( a small plot sybol)click that symbol you can edit your ctb as per your requirement such as color line weight...
Mine didnt work right away, but saving and restarting autocad did. Also if that doesnt work it creates a wizard for you in that ctb file folder where you select "use an existing plot style" to create one. :D
Hi, thank you for posting, I am still having problems, I did every step you mentioned but still can't see the cbt file on the list under the plot style table, help please!
Nope. Doesn't work. Does not appear in the Pen Table pull down list. That you have to do all of this and it STILL doesn't work is yet ANOTHER reason why AUTOCAD is the absolute most annoying application I've ever encountered. Why do people put up with this nonsense?!
