I appreciate the service of honest cops, but it's frustrating that these good cops protect the few bad apples. Why is it so hard to weed out the few bad apples out there? This shooting was disgusting, and the guy clearly should not be a cop. Holding a knife in a locked car with the windows up is not an immediate threat. He was obligated to let the scene play out further. If he rolled the window down, ok, shoot him. He gets out of the car, ok, shoot him. It's just sad that good cops and people like you protect the few bad apple cops.
