Hi Abbie, thank's for the great video :-) I love that places, did it a few times by myself since I live in Callander. The bridge is now closed since about 2 months or so for repair works. Hope to meet you one day walking in the scottish Highlands! Have the best time 😊🌞🏕
Hi, nice to see your comment. I have now subbed to your channel. I walked up to the Crags with my Golden Retriever Skye in October for the first time, even though I - and my late wife - have been coming to Callander for over twenty years. Walked to the falls a couple of times too, the bridge is now gone. And there is no date for a replacement. It's a real shame, as you cannot walk the full circular route, which is on Walkhighlands.
@@karlejnarch Yes, it's a shame. But the way is great, despite the bridge isn't rebuilt yet. Its possible to walk the small path on the left of the river (upwards) in direction to the forest of Glenartney.
That waterfall looks dangerous with all those slippy flat rocks: amazing rescue! (OMG, I've just noticed those flowers by the tree at 13:39...that usually only means one thing...) The wood on that bridge looks as if needs some treatment, looks half rotten.
He Abbie, nice to se familiar places in this video. PS: I have now subbed to your channel. Your other video, where you walked Rob Roy Way has given me some good pointers to what I should see next time.
Great video Abbie. I've walked this route many times and I think it's a stunning route. When you meet the road at 10.30, you can turn left and as you go over the bridge, turn right on the grassy path and you find a fantastic wild swimming spot.
Thank you for this video Abbie , my wife and i visited the Bracklinn Falls on our honeymoon when staying in Callander on June 1964 looks just the same as it was when we were there .
Nice video of one of many nice walks there. Unfortunately I live across the border so I'll have to wait to go. My last time involved a rib cage injury from coming off my bike at speed. Got to see a wild hare from walking back early though! Looking forward to your next adventure!
Hi Abbie WOW that Dog was very lucky. thanks for another enjoyable video this is an area I Walked around a long time ago ( I had a week staying at Callander nearly 20 years ago now thanks for taking us with you have you been to the Scottish Borders yet ? Melrose is lovely atb Cheers Glenn 👍❤️
Yeah its definitely one filmed a while ago when we had a short spell of being able to travel and before teirs and council area restrictions were put in place. No weather like that here just now lol.
How very life affirming. Such a lovely reminder of a beautiful place. Thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing ❤ Very encouraging for me🤗
I love to see people walk around my home town

Oh my....may have had a few tears when I saw the dog crying but even more when I saw it running around. Happy ending! Lovely walk though 😊

Wow, what an adventure. Not speaking of beautiful landscape... Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Nice job, Abbie. May I just also say, great job with the B-roll. 🙂👍👏
What a relief when I saw the dog was saved.
What a dramatic end to the video. Thunder and lightning!
Thanks Abbie... great timing, as my pals and I are now about 33 miles out of Edinburgh on our Virtual LEJOG challenge! 🌞❤️
That was a lovely walk video. Really missing Scotland today. Hopefully it opens up in time for a trip this summer.

Another amazing video. There is nothing nicer than wild raspberries, they seem to taste so much better and blackberries too.
Love Scotland, i just wish it was nearer Bristol 😥
Lovely to see one of my local dog walks 😊
A lesson learned to always keep your dog leashed in those sort of areas..they were lucky.
How can u move in the lockdown? When in my area I must stay at home?
I think these were filmed when lock down eased slightly and allowed people to travel a little further (based on the weather)
Yeah its definitely one filmed a while ago when we had a short spell of being able to travel and before teirs and council area restrictions were put in place. No weather like that here just now lol.
Yea I think It’s recorded a long time ago, you don’t get wild raspberries in Scotland in March.
Yes the clue was the raspberries 🤣
If you like waterfalls, you must go to the Sierra Nevada.
If Abbie went to the Victoria Falls in africa, she would be ecstatic
What did she call the cairn lmao its pronounced as caren
You just need more time to relax outdoors... That'll clear up the mental space 😂🤣☺️☺️
That escalated quickly 🌩️
Don't eat wild raspberries or blackberries in Scotland there full of magot's honestly don't eat them 😵
wot you mean 'not complain too much about being in Scotland, ' thats Disgraceful thing to say. You are CANCELLED.
