Yeah. A playset of Opals is going to cost me significantly less to complete a cedh build. Good point. But I i havent given up. cedh is an absolute aces format.
The Marvel SL cards probably won’t get an In-Universe reprint. What they likely (and could do) is put the 5 heroes (Wolvie, Cap, Tony, Ororo, and T’Challah as Special Guests with borderless alternate art. And then maybe the 5 Groot in art bonus cards with retro frames, perhaps?
Modern desperately needs mox opal and green sun's zenith reprints. As someone who plays both modern and commander, I'm fully on the proxy train for commander. Wotc gets plenty of money out of me from my engagement with modern.
