Pretty much the point why people don't like her a lot is because she barely shows any personality outside of being a smart aleck chatterbox, though she can be a bit tolerable when she's acting her own age, because she's actually showing a bit of personality, but it doesn't help that unlike other characters who do wacky fun stuff in their world, she just decides to talk through it instead of actually doing something that isn't talking, it can also get grating that she knows facts that no kid her age would show interest in, because that's not very relatable, she can also be considered a bit pointless as the voice of reason of the family since that's Marge's job, this can give a bitter taste in the spectator's mouth
Its not even about that its more the fact she forces ideals on others and is very selfish towards her family even in the old series take the BBQ scene for example.

I thought Lisa was going to ask if the bowling balls were cleaned before the beer was poured in - I mean if he found them at the dump then who knows what they've got in them. Then people will be drinking contaminated beer, then he'd risk loosing customers (granted he seems to be the only one able to get access to alcohol but if people are getting sick form his stuff then Moe may even be forced to buy the more expensive stuff from out of town) - that or people would scan what was wrong with he people, find the source, try to locate the source in Springfield, then might find their way back to Homer.
