Hey, Ive got a question about Coverdell distributions. I have a coverdell fund, but I totally forget about when I paid for my education. Is it possible to withraw the Coverdell funds now and report it to the IRS as used for education
I’m retired early (42) and only get a pension and income from my rental properties. Can I contribute my pension and rental income for the $2K CESA contributions yearly?
Thanks for the question, this was a private deal, not a deal that was part of a syndication. The client found the property and self-directed on their own.
Great explanation. Now.. my daughter is 18 , I withdrew ALL the money at her coverdell because was loosing money due to virus, but it went back so we had a nice check just today. I’m not using it all at once but will distribute it in 4 years and add up to tuition from my income and her part time. So, should I keep it in my local bank (which I prefer not) or in her coverdell accnt (risking my money due to market trends)? Please explain

Great video. Was the $8K land purchase an example where they were required to be accredited investors?

How much time can I wait to withdraw funds from the time the educational expense is incurred?
