Regarding entry to save life or limb, what happens in a situation where person A has provided false information about person B to the Police, stating there is a concern when there is not? Do the Police just act on any piece of information, or is there a protocol to ensure that person A does indeed have a real concern, and is not just giving duff information either due to them being fickle, feeble minded or perhaps intentionally malicious? Is there any onus on the Police to check Person A does indeed have a reasonable concern? If Person A causes person B's door to be kicked down when there is no actual cause for concern, who is liable? This is important, because there is scope for abuse and misuse of this right of entry.

What your view about the poor state of policing as whole and public opinion at an all time low ? What is your view of police officers who dismiss, ignore the public rights ?

They threatened to use pace over a false allegation from a neighbour with no evidence. I refused to open the door through my ring doorbell. Is that legal for the officer to do so.
    No evidence
Doenst even know the persons name

Interesting how you talk about pace yet no doubt you are or were a police officer so my question is this why don’t the police follow the laws themselves? Public opinion is rock bottom and confidence in the police is at an all time low is it not ? , interesting to read comments on your channel most of them wanting to know more -what about the worst generation of police officers in living memory of which most don’t understand the public or the law the truth is the public are not getting a service with badly trained young officers who attitude leave a lot be desired . I wouid most interested to know why the public do not approve of the police ?
