The staircase is stunning - I loved it most in this one!! The bathroom is beautiful as well. I agree about the loft being more spacious-feeling too. The windows were creative and gorgeous as well. And WOW to that outdoor space underneath!! I was surprised how much I liked this one! The town looks perfect for me too. Nice Levi!! Blessings to you and your family! This is absolutely gorgeous and a very different design indeed ❤ I loved the interior, all of the exterior too, the area underneath the house is wonderful too. The spiral staircase was stunning ❤ I would make two small differences, under the staircase on the flat wall facing the sofa I would add a modern electric flicker flame stove /fireplace which I feel would really enhance the beautiful area, and I'd turn the bed around so it was under the round window and you'd sit up in bed to look out over the balcony to the unusual lovely view 😊 The underneath being a dry river bed must surely be at risk of flooding occasionally but it looks like the design can take it. Very beautiful designed building in an unusual location, loved the portal window by the door too. Looking forward to seeing the others on site 😊
Wow! Very nice, well designed and decorated. First time I have seen a well built, safe spiral staircase. Kudos! One drawback. I have never known a dry river bed to stay dry especially in areas where flash floods are common. Great video, Levi. Thanks for sharing. Many blessings
Did you actually check that flash flooding (FEMA has a site for this) is an issue in this zone? When spending a small fortune to erect not only this A-frame but all the other buildings, one would imagine that a competent builder would take a hard look at flash flooding risks. Also, banks tend not to hand out loans and insurance companies are very unlikely to provide coverage for high-risk construction. That said, Florida Insurance companies covered homes for decades with all the hurricane & flooding issues. Only now are many of those insurance companies canceling policies on homes they have covered for decades.

It looks great but if anything has taught us that dried up riverbeds and lakes can always refill, seriously see Tulare, CA it dried up in 2002, today its under 23 feet of water :(
Beautiful design! One of the best A Frames. And is wonderful they have so many cabins. You have your privacy and you can aslo meet other people.

Good Evening Levi, This Airbnb is different from the Others You have shown. A Beautiful Sparrow Staircase and that Big Bed 🛌 on top is Gorgeous. It would be nap time for Me sitting in that swing chair in front of those big windows. Loving the Outside Area with that bath tub and couch 🛋. Water always wins.
Then they blame climate change. Its like the people that build in dried up lake beds and then freak out when their houses eventually flood out.

Great A-Frame, Levi! I often wonder, if we owned a plot of land and wished to build something beautiful like this, how is it actually done? They are too close together on the land to be called or zoned single family, for sure. Are they condos on a single plot of land, or townhouses? Or something in the motel category? How do you think the owners actually accomplish building such beautiful, nestled buildings, while honoring the building codes of the area?
TO BAD THE AIR/BB MARKET IS CRASHING. ALL THE FEE'S & CRAZY RENTAL PRICES IN A LOUSY ECONOMY, HOPE YOU HAVE A BACK-UP PLAN LEVI

This is beautiful in so many ways, well-designed, I'd even call it rustic-opulent, but I agree building so many cabins on one site shows off this owner is probably quite wealthy & wants to be more so. Could instead consider donating or contributing to building for the homeless or affordable housing for those struggling.
Something to seriously consider.
But thanks so much Levi for another great video of this creatively designed A-frame. Do love the cedar post accents and the design under the amazing, sculptural spiral staircase, & area under the deck to hang out &/or soak in the tub, then explore the dried river bed Highlights of the surrounding town were sweet too. Appreciate so much about this place including the political social commentary.
