I see a lot of person having racing programs. Calling themself tipster..you have one saying him a give racing seminar .he is the worst of the lot.he is not a tipster he is a gambler.no way you can be a tipster and 10 horses in a race and you put 8 on on your exotic and can't find the winner lol
A lot of times I see tipsters Gamblers carry 8 out of a 12 horse field and still didn't have the winner because that's the nature of racing some times the horse don't perform because the connection not trying and persons because the horse is not good until they decide to try
