I did tape-ins, i-tips, and k-tips. I just got clip ins and I love it. While I do have to re-install them much more frequently than the other methods, it's worth that effort because they are so much faster to install and uninstall. Only issue is I have skin sensitivity to metal, but I found a clip-in company that was able to replace metal clips with plastic ones for me, after seeing a discussion thread where someone else said they did this so that they could wear clip-ins through the metal detector without any problems
