5 years 6 months work chesadu but 3 years continues ga 240 man days levu , total absent ee 3 years lo . Gratuity ki elgibal?
@@eswark4346 Good question. Employee should work 240 days in a year subject to completion of 5 years. Based on this he is not eligible for gratuity
