Sheikh Mahmut Tuhi, a well-known #Qur'an reader in Egypt, is one of the few people who has dedicated his life to reading the Qur'an. He is an official hafiz of the #Egyptian Quran Radio and has given recitations in a number of countries around the world.
The Qur'an is widely believed to have been revealed in Mecca and Medina, transcribed in Istanbul, and recited in Egypt.
In this video, Sheikh Mahmoud #El Tuhi demonstrates #maqams often used in Qur'an recitation and offers valuable guidance to people who are on this path.
