People always bring up the count . But it was the same count that Tyson got . Plus when was Tyson ever getting beat up that badly prior in a fight ? He lost plain and simple
Buster is better then Tyson get over it
Mike Tyson won that fight is 100000000000000000000% truth....
I believe that james buster douglas that night could have beaten any heavyweight including evander.
yes thats was big big lose for tyson but this not mike tyson with travior berbick
the douglas uppercut ia tyson legendari
Those forearms
You lost that fight. That ref counted to like 12 or 13 when he knocked you down. Tyson was the real Victor
Douglas had a sick left jab, straight bending dude's heads back, including Tyson's. This is why Foreman is the best solid jab puncher of all time. A slow trainwreck jab from Foreman was enough to put you in the canvas. Cooney and Moore. Just look at those simple jabs.
I watch that fight Tyson knocked buster on his ass in the eighth ,with that 12, 13 count
untrue
@@Ffeoli1039 watch and count,
@@Ffeoli1039 yes Tyson should have trained a little bit morealso, Tyson was headhunting at that point
@@3313-c2j he got up at the count of 9
Buster coulda gotten up at any time, he just waited for the ref's count which wasn't a problem
If you look at his latest interviews hes so slow and ponderous just shows you after years symptoms of brain damage start to show. Here he spoke well and normal
This was a Cinderella fight... He only had it for a couple of month.. then lost it... It was just a lucky day for him...lol.. never again he came close to winning it again.. Tyson won it back... The fact never lie
He talks too soft😂that's mike
buster douglass was a bum and tyson wrote a book, read it and u'll know why he lost
Ron C .....he lost because he got his arse whipped um which makes Tyson something that comes out of a bum.....shit.
Mike would of won if not for a dodgy ref, lets all get real.
wrong. so wrong
@@Ffeoli1039 right so right
@@benmatheson1189 you clearly have no idea how boxing works
@@Ffeoli1039 maybe read a boxing book
@@benmatheson1189 I have read many, trust me. So youre telling that all 10 counts before this were exactly 10 seconds? I can't wait for you to realize how dumb you are. You won't admit it but when you stop responding, I'll know why
any top ten fighters good! silly comment
everyone forget, but Tyson was a head and if it went to the score card Tyson was going win. Don King had them judges in his pockets.
no way in hell that's true
@@Ffeoli1039 they were going to ROB Buster. Google it.....
@@rayrobinson3782 wow you're not kidding. Douglas owned tyson that whole fight besides the one he went down on.
@@Ffeoli1039 after the boxing/telecast Jim Lamply read the scorecards. Tyson was going to win, seriously
@@rayrobinson3782 yeah. That's why I said you weren't kidding. I looked it up.
rip for?
Y bueno con 14 segundos en la lona cuaquiera se levanta
RIP James
He bet a bad Mike Tyson
Some people still belive this guy beat MIKE TYSON
Some people still remember the quote
"He's right over there, flat on his ass"
Remember that?
sure ya do.
Altrim J90 I seen multiple times Mike could have hit him with that right hook and didn't throw it for some reason???
He did beat Tyson. The referees count is final.
This is how delusional Tyson fan boys are, they are actually trying to act like douglas didn't dominate and knock out a prime 23 year old pre-prison mike tyson. how delusional can you people be?
You're blind if you think Douglas didn't dominate the fight, he won every round apart from the 8th and he beat the shit out of mike and put a golf ball on his eye. As for mike being passed his prime, He fought Douglas only 2 fights after the Spinks fight which is considered by many as the best performance of his career and he had just kod Carl Williams in 1 round a few months earlier and after the douglas fight he kod tillman in 1 round, then alex stewart in 1 round then went on to beat razor rudduck twice in a row so he wasn't passed his prime at all. matter of face TEN YEARS after the douglas loss and after spending 3 years in prison he kod luke saverasse in 18 seconds in the 2nd fast knockout of his career so please don't try and tell me he was passed his prime or washed up age 23 when he was active, undefeated, young, fast, powerful, fresh and hadn't yet speant time in prison and was coming off wins against bruno, spinks, holmes and williams.
you lost mr douglas in the 8th /13seconds / be reall about it
Douglas is a clown he didn't give Mike a rematch why?
U can tell he was on coke look at Mike's pupils they are jumping out at ya glad he got better
Tyson, haha, so great, NOT,
