Avoid the Strip: Cliff Diving in Nelson NV

Throwback to my first ever cliff jumping experience. About 45 minutes outside of Las Vegas, the scenic town of Nelson, Nevada hosts some of the COOLEST spots to cliff dive. Worth the trek! What an experience.

Hey buddy. Ill be in Vegas and wanna try this. Is it free, how is the parking or drive to the spot.

It's totally free, it's a little hard to find though. Parking is easily accessible in the area. You have to look for Nelson NV. You'll have to travel a bit outside of Boulder City to find the small town. Just take the road (there's really only one) down to the cliff side. It's cooling off a bit here, water might be a little cold on impact.

@@tlinscents no problem - if you just google "nelson nevada cliff diving" google maps will take you right to the parking area and you can see where the spots to jump are

One guy on a UA-cam channel said we may need like a truck to get there, is that true

@@tlinscents No not at all, the road is dirt/dusty but nothing that a normal car can't handle.
