I agree totally. I 1st purchased his Fear book because i was always scared of sparring. Once i was gloved up and in the ring i was fine. But it was always before and after i had trouble with. When i went deeper into my Geoff Thompson studies i realised it wasnt Martial Arts i wanted. But to find my true self. And Martial Arts was not it!
great video ! even back then geoff was so many circles ahead spiritually! unconcious ppl will not get this video or be interested but i can guarantee there are loads who can relate to it and find it useful ❤ thanks for posting

So you was actually there?! amazing! so lucky, my life has changed so much since following geoffs advice - mostly from these old spirituality videos, but his books also - he is an absolute legend! really really grateful to have stumbled upon him, a couple year back, - i was completeley lost before - unconcious ! now im not far away from living my wildest dreams! Through geoffs advice, i came to study echart tolle's teachings also, and that opened up a world of previously unknown knowledge, iv had major spiritual awakenings since then and have completeley changed for the better! im like a new person! 😁 things are going better than ever before - geoff thompson and echart tolle have brought me to god. ❤️

Geoff is a force for good! & these talks make sense to me and help me so much - they arnt for every1 i know, but people who are awakening spiritually / trying to get up from rockbottom will get it ❤ thanks geoff

🤦 nothing that he said was unscientific. He was talking about spirituality not facts of the material world but the human mind, emotions and thoughts.
