I don't watch videos to see how I can make more trades and therefore more money. I watch videos to see how I can improve my entries and my targets. I want entries that won't come back in my face and that will run to make a reasonable profit. I go for 9 ticks on every trade - $100/contract. That's it. Bragging about hitting home runs is for amateurs, and won't make you consistent.

Nice video bro, scalping usually carries a bad name but it actually defies what trading is all about, you're in for a few minutes and then you're out. You're essentially getting the time freedom and money freedom in just a few minutes per day(killing two birds with one stone) that's if you do it correctly and be realistic about it each day.

How the frick did I not think of moving my stop-loss to or just before my take profit 1 zone... the course I'm taking advises not to use automatic stop losses so that you don't get stop-hunted since the hedge funds have level 3 and 4 data and can see where you've placed it, but once your trade is profitable it absolutely makes sense to use one and push it up for protection from pullbacks. Thanks.

Couldn’t agree more. When you do backtesting, it’s very different than sitting in front of the screen during live time. There’re so much more I would call “personalities” of the candles: how fast/slow these candles are moving, consolidating time during lunch time…
So spending time in front of the screen and just watch the candles. The more you do it, the more your subconscious mind will learn something out of it.

How do you move the stop? What platform?

It’s NinjaTrader, as mentioned in the description. You can move manually (just drag the stop down the chart), or have a Trailing Stop order that moves whenever the price goes up by a set number of ticks/currency/percentage.
