Harping Elven Lady Upon Poppy Fields If Flanders Field ever existed in Middle Earth, it might be at the Gates of Gil-Gillad, named after the famed Gil-Gilad of the Noldor and the Eldar Days...and upon this forest and field, of elder trees, whose branches are cracking as the Ages passes as threads upon a loom, the last of the Terfini Elves sing their harp and their horns, and their orchestra of strings and woodwinds upon this gladden field... and the elven lady, pearly-shrine of hair, pointed elven ears, alabaster marble sheen, a gilded and stringed, curvaceous harp, with hands of silky twilight, as soft as the strands of the hairs of Arwen or even of her mother, Galadriel, the distant daughter of Feanor, creator of the Silmarils... and she, thus, with her obsidian-glittered starry dress, hair dwon to her limbs and her stems, sultrily steamy soft mantle and gracefulness, harps upon this string...and the mists of shadows pass and flow as efflux and influx of myriad mysteries, upon the ruby rose of the Poppies upon the Gates of Gil-Gillad and the Glasyrin Fields, as they are called now... whilst the distant company of Elven musicians play and harp, lap and thread their sacred wooded panels and instrumental bands...and the Lady, Lady Tingerial of the Terfini Elves (say, they are a lost tribe of the elves, that was not known by the Three Eldar Houses and were not corrupted by Melkor in the Years of the Trees), and so, still remained, pure of heart, uncorrupted, and yet, now into the distant Sixth Age of Middle Earth, and their kind fades, all the while, ignorant of the cause, and this last final tribute of the elvish Terfini are the last of their kind as they string their last melodies in sorrow for being lost and forgotten by the Valar... whom, again, they did not know of!
