Meal In A Bag:
Enchilada Quinoa:
4 cups quinoa
8 cups water or broth
1 can green enchilada sauce
Spring veggie mix
Canned Salmon
*Mix Thoroughly, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes
Salsa Gnocchi:
1 pack of gnocchi
1 jar salsa
1 can of tuna
1 can refried beans
*mix refried beans and gnocchi, top with tuna then salsa, bake covered for 25-30 minutes
Chili Tomato Soup:
1 can black beans
1 can pintos
1 can chicken
2 packs of tomato soup with pasta
5 cups water
*simmer on low for 25 minutes covered
Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup:
1 can chicken
1 box of orzo
1/4 cup lemon juice
Herbs of choice
1 can white beans
1 can carrots
*simmer on low for 25 minutes covered
Taco Tortellini:
1 bag tortellini
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 can chili beans
2 cups water
*bake at 400, covered for 25 minutes
Curried Ramen:
2 ramen packets
4 cups of water or broth
4 tbl curry powder
1 can coconut milk
2 cans chickpeas
*simmer on low for 20-25 minutes
Bbq Mac & Cheese:
1 box mac and cheese of choice
7oz pasta
1 cup bbq or buffalo sauce
1 can chicken
1 can white beans
3 cups water
*Bake at 400, covered for 20 minutes
Beef Stewish:
1 can potatoes
1 can white beans
1 can carrots
1 packet beef stew mix
1 can green beans
7oz noodles
5 cups water
*simmer on low, covered for 25 minutes

Hey sweet lady! Wonderful ideas :) I like these pantry meals as well and also get inspired by tons of UA-cam videos. Ashley, on Martin Midlife Misadventures does an amazing job of using just pantry things to cook incredible meals and I love taking bits and pieces of her ideas to make them my own. She did a great video back at thanksgiving time and used nothing but her pantry to make an entire holiday meal. I was inspired by her Turkey pot pies and I think that would make a good meal in a bag. TVP, black beans, canned tomatoes, corn…. Makes an amazing chili. We like to eat it with corn chips. You could also make jiffy corn bread. And while not necessary for survival… lol… I also like to have a few desserts in a bag. Just easy things like dump cakes with all the ingredients together. Stay well my friend !!

Great ideas. I seem to find a good recipe and then that's how I make something...all...the...time😂😂😂. I think the bbq mac and cheese. I actually like ketchup on mac and cheese..so I'm sure I'd like bbq sauce.

Dumb question but do we assume all canned liquids are drained or included in the pot? Ie the lemon chicken orzo soup, are you using the bean, carrot and chicken waters for flavour?
No not dumb at all ❤️ I personally do not but my Dad does and he says it adds a lot of flavor :)
