Jay, we steam or boil Dungeness crab here in Oregon, but we plunge them in ice water to stop them over cooking and getting stringy. Dungeness crabs are similar to brown edible crab but sweeter.

Hi I like making mussels with tinned chopped tomatoes, garlic, onions, loads of butter Nd Italian seasoning, eat it with french bread, 🤔 wonder if you could modify it for crab maybe 👍

You shouldn't really put straight cornflour in you should mix it with a liquid first, the coconut milk would have been alright but usually room temperature water

You should try a lobster Panang Curry. I can only imagine how good it would be. Amazon should have a good starter for the curry.

Feed the dog crab, then shove ya dog licked hand into the cornflour! Quality hygiene skills. While smash eats out your food bowl. The good thing about not being a cook... 😂

What’s still a good size crab for a male smash right now? I won’t be doing any fishing or crabbing or foraging I fell and broke my hand. Yeah that’s no fun and it my age almost 70 that’s not good.😂😂😂😂😂😂
