Thank you man! You literally saved my day, I just ordered an SJ5000x and tested it. There was 1 very bright damned white pixel just in the middle of the picture, but this solved it (did the process twice, just to be sure). Still can't believe it that it was so easy to solve. Amazing!
Great video bro but for my case i already did 3 times.. but white pixel still appear after like 5 minute video start recording & i m doing it in v1.3 latest firmware, do i need to do the engmode in v1.2.4 or v1.2.5 firmware? or it just the same?
met welk programma bewerk jij je video's eigenlijk omdat de camera de bestanden opslaat als mp4. en niet elk programma kan dat aan. ik gebruik zelf corel video studio pro x8 maar die heeft er ook moeite mee.

I did it twice in fw V1.2.4 and then my problem was solved, so I don't know if it works for V1.3
