If I recall correctly she does not like it... and said something along the lines that these people should let their work speak for itself and if it is worth recognition it will get it. I think she especially gets a lot of commenters self promoting on her vids because her community of subscribers is particularly positive. People are much more likely to get a good response like "love your vids!!!" on her channel than elsewhere from what I have seen.
