I like how Italians get emotional when they score and actually feel the game!! Just like the men's team! Teams with football tradition and history are the ones that bring joy to the game, Brazil, Italy, England.
Put England aside,the national team is second if not third tier, i'm talking about the men's national team of course ,their trophy cabinet is as empty as a hermits adress book.

Bonansea is as dangerous as the great and incomparable Gigi Riva of the 70s. She actually scored 3 goals. She also has the name of Boninsea name close to Boninseigna the great Azzurri striker of the 70s playing with Gigi Riva. A lot of souvenir for those who love la Squadra Azzurra. FIFA is FIFA unfortunately they'll never change. Being what they really are, they gave themselves away by stating that Australia is being the most "favored soccer team"..... why I'll never know.. but anyway you have these so called referees calling out a couple of bogus penalties against Italy even tho they scored a couple of points fair and square but only to favor the other team. Its been slightly rigged. Just noticing the patterns. Typical TV establishment. They'll never change :/

The last time Italy and Australia met in a world cup match, it was in the round of 16 in the men's wc in 2006... in that game, Italy also won the match with a goal in the 95th minute...
But in mens footbal it's normal that Italy win from Austalia, at women it's not

As long as you do one goal more than the other team, then you deserve to win. You can dominate for all 90 minutes but if you cannot score it’s pretty much useless.

Last time Australia played against Italy in the World Cup in 2006, they won by a pen that should NOT even be a penalty in the first place. That’s not biased. Plus those goals are clearly offside.

Man, that 1st goal was the result of such a beautiful pass, clearly not offside.

As a Pole you should cheer for Italy. In Canada, USA, and South America there are millions of Poles & Italians and tonnes of people are mixed Polish/Italian. We stay close together and are natural friends and brothers.

I'm italian and I don't think that Australia played badly. On the contrary your team seemed quite well distributed on the field and moving very skilfully and dangerously in many occasions. The Match was very uncertain until the end. Probably Australia wasn't waiting for that kind of reaction from the italian team and they got a bit desperate when they saw the time passing by without scoring. Italy on the contrary were considered the underdogs, hence they just played their best without many calculations. Mental approach is always 80% of the victory.
So far, the BEST moment of Women's World Cup 2019 !!! That second goal she had was absolutely brilliant !
In spite of all the calls against Italy as if the powers that be didn't want them to win, I am so glad they pulled off this great comeback victory. Giuliani did excellently well with great saves and had it not been for the PK, would have had a clean sheet.
PS: Bonansea is "BEA" (Bae).....lol!

Really enjoy women soccer, they play hard, honest, no acting when they go down like the men do and I appreciate the great effort the players put in the game, today was a very good game, Italy did great and this is a difficult group, Jamaica have few players really strong and fast and Brasil of course is always one of the fav... anyway forza Italia!

The first goal from Italy wasn't offside as you can see here clearly.Her arm was in the offside-area but the rule says that only parts of the body where you can score are offside....bu at the end all went good for Italy who deserved that victory !

I think shes on. The call is so incredibly close. It they froze the frame a split second earlier it would still show the ball at the attackers foot being played and the striker in an onsides position. Its a harsh call.
