I don't know why everyone is freaking out about using NPC characters. It's really simple to use NPC characters, stages and NPC cards, you don't even need a tool specifically to do that. You just need little effort and some basic Cheat Engine knowledge. It's possible on both PC and smartphones.
Konami's strategy is simple. * Add a new box with an OP card. * Wait. * Limit the card so that the deck becomes uselsess. * Add a new box with another OP card. * Wait. * Limit the card. * Add new Op card... *goes on*
Still need Demise. 50% of your life and less ATK. Judgment's advantage is having a decent chance of fulfilling its condition with Green Grass. The problem is you also need to reliably draw the card before you mill it.
