This was an emotional video, thank you for sharing. It is amazing to see the passion and loyalty in this video. I'm sorry for all of your loss. Kenny was always happy and friendly when I saw him and was the pulse of this team it would appear. As a competitor I dreaded seeing the armbenders walk in. They legitimately are like the Westside Barbell of armwrestling. You knew when they walked in that $&!@ just got real. They are a family and their love for each other is obvious. Tom, Kelly, Randy, Mike, Dane, Luke, Ryan, Mac, Mike V, and Ryan Weaver, as well as all the teammates I don't know you are in my thoughts. Kenny was a legend and the California Armbenders will be synonymous with dedication to a team.

Kenny was so well rounded. He had all the moves. He will be missed dearly.

He left such an impression, if not for a long time it was memorable
Kenny was one of the best human beings I ever met. From day one at practice he was always moving me in the right direction. He didnt talk to me much, but when he did he never gave me bad advice. Pulled bunches of hair our of my leg on stage in a tournament before a match because I needed to snap out of a funk and fucking pull. R.I.P. Kenny. So many great stories about this man and I only knew him 2 years. My condolences to his family, and friends that were his family. R.I.P. Mr. Hughes.

Wow, that left me in tears 😭. It was good to see Matt Hughes, Ryan Davis, Michael Vaz, Rick Banas, Kelly Nelson….etc. I just may need to alter my style 100 after Kenny. Miss ya man, Love you even more.

Kenny was one of the people the drove me into the sport and fueled the fire. Brent Rakers always knew the talent that Kenny had was special and I wish he was around for one last match, would've loved to meet the legend

I had the honor to meet Kenny, and we were talking arm wrestling. Just a welcoming humble man. Afterwards my buddy told me that is Kenny Hugh’s -world champion and legend. Rest in Paradise Kenny (legend)

Never knew of Kenny until I saw Game Of Arms which was really my introduction to competitive arm wrestling. He was no doubt my favorite arm wrestler on that show and I still look him up online from time to time and am very saddened to hear of his passing.
